Carmen was great from start to finish!

Got us fibre installed very quickly and sorted out voip for us, she even came to set the phone up for me :)

I spoke to Carmen who set up a new site for my company. She made the experience easy and uncomplicated. She gave me all the information I needed and solved an issue with the new address straight away, unlike the rival that we had spoken to earlier. All round great experience thanks.

We could not be happier with 2 Circles. We have been with them for our internet for many years, and have always found it to be fast & reliable.

More recently, we upgraded from our old IDSN phones to a new VOIP system. Having always been pleased with the service provided by 2 Circles for our internet, we chose them as the provider for our VOIP system.

The switch to VOIP (which seemed rather daunting at first) was made easy by Carmen Webster, and everything is working exactly as it should be. The new phone system is leaps & bounds ahead of the old one in terms of functionality, but is no less robust. And it is costing us considerably less than what our previous provider was demanding.

I would happily recommend both Carmen and 2 Circles to anyone looking for a friendly, modern, and reliable telecoms provider.

With the help of Carmen, 2 Circles helped us finally get rid of our dinosaur phone system and swap it out for an all singing, all dancing VOIP setup. We particularly liked the way Carmen listened to our requests, responded favourably to match competitors offerings, and generally made the whole process fairly seamless. As a company we appreciate the way 2 Circles handles our calls and queries, responds quickly to issues, and are able and willing to assist or talk us through the varied settings and complex options within the VOIP interface. 2 circles always answer the phone, they are friendly and very helpful - we deal with carmen who is always keen to help. A chasmic difference from dealing direct with the likes of Three or ID mobile for usually just a few pounds extra per month.

The internet may get us new members and process their orders however, the phone is the key tool for building the relationship and recovering issues where the relationship has gone astray.
Our experience with 2 Circles and particularly Carmen Webster and Robert Brown has been outstanding. Stuff gets done and done well. The Future Office platform for call reporting is a seriously impressive tool for managing call flows and resourcing.
We look forward to building our relationship with 2 Circles in other areas in future.

Carmen was a superstar from start to finish, showed the savings we could make from using standard old BT, clearly stated the kit we needed and worked in tandem with our IT installation.

I cannot praise her more highly and I am hoping we have her direct input when we renew our contract next year.
