Incredibly good service! As a small business that is completely reliant on phone & internet connections, we've now relied on 2 Circles for our communications services for well over three years. That's leased line broadband, VOIP phones, and recently added mobile phone contracts too. Products all very well managed and always working - straightforward dashboard for self-managing, but 2 Circles are always there to help when needed. And that's the thing, it's the level of service from the individuals at 2 Circles that sets them above the rest - Whether it's product & quote info we need, closely managed installations of new services, or ongoing tech assistance, our key contacts, Carmen & Ben are always there to help, promptly & fully. Finally, as a tourism & leisure based company, we found that the level of support offered by Carmen, Ben and the wider team at 2 Circles during the first Covid Lockdown during Spring/Summer 2020 was superb, really second to none.
