I reached out to a lot of suppliers with regards to becoming a dedicated supplier for all our new buildings and 2Circles has been nothing short of a pleasure to deal with. Special mention goes to Carmen who guided me through this process and who has been extremely patient and flexible. They make my building wide internet installations so painless now.

Having previously been with BT, who were expensive and who’s customer service is something to be desired (to say the least) I’ve had a great experience with 2 circles, Carmen was a pleasure to deal with initially and as are the team on hand when you call in with any queries, I’ve mainly spoken to Tom or Joseph and both have been great. Overall very happy with 2 Circles and glad I made the switch.

2Circles hit the ground running with us, taking over outdated, overworked hardware. They drafted a plan to bring us into the 21st century and set about making it come to life. Any queries we had Carmen was always on hand, any problems we had, the support team always sorted it AND in a timely manner. The approach the support team take is methodical and never just a sticking plaster, always getting to the route cause of the problem. Our IT infrastructure has never felt more secure or in safe hands.

Excellent service and ALWAYS answer the phone within a couple of rings - almost always get to speak to Carmen who manages our account without any fuss or the usual large company jargon/computersaysno!

Great service from Carmen & her team. I always feel like they find the best solution for us whether that be phone, broadband or mobile broadband. I cant recommend 2 circles enough as they have been great from day one all the way through our contract.

I had great help from Carmen Webster in a complicated and tedious process of "porting" numbers from another service provider. In this, as in all other aspects of the service I have had from them, 2 Circles have been excellent.

My wife and I were looking for a new Broadband and landline provider as we were about to move house and we contacted 2 Circles. We have liaised with Carmen throughout the transition - which was made 'rocky' by the previous provider, but Carmen helped use deal with that too. Thanks to Carmen's dedication to our needs - she really did go more than the extra mile to help us - we also looked at options for a new mobile and provider for my wife.
Carmen was very attentive to our questions and explained everything about the options including finding the best mobile service in the location of the new house.

During an office move that went terribly wrong due to incompetent carriers I was lucky enough to speak to a current customer of 2 circles who put me in touch with Carmen. Between us we were able to source a short term solution whilst my own fibre optic line was being ordered and in turn installed. My business was able to trade without any break in service and I was able to successfully complete my office move.

Our company moved over to 2 circles from BT 2 years ago. Everything was made really easy and help and guidance from Carmen at 2 circles is fabulous. We are just now looking to change from ISDN to SIP and again the service and assistance from 2 circles has been excellent along with the prices.

Despite BT being difficult, I cannot fault the efforts of 2 Circles! I have been dealing with Carmen now for a few months trying to get BT to agree to install the Leased Line. Because of our remote location, BT are putting up a fight. Carmen is relentless in her efforts to get BT to accept the job, and keeps me updated along the way. In the meantime, I have ordered 2 VoIP services from 2 Circles, and both times, the hardware arrived next day, and it was a simple Plug'n'Play job.

A new phone.
After much prevarication I finally bit the bullet to upgrade my phone and swap to a business contract. I really don't enjoy these processes but then I found Carmen Webster. Yippee! Carmen made the whole process so easy for me. She maintained a wonderful balance of professionalism, patience and persistence to make sure I got the best result for me. I have my phone, it's up and running, I didn't stress out and I am over the moon with the large screen that I can easily see! Couldn't have done it without you Carmen!

From the start to the finish, Carmen expertly guided us in deciding which phone systems was the best for our company. We have ended up with a solution that is not only a lot better but cheaper than our existing system. Having the FSB recommendation too meant we knew we were working with the right communications partner.

We had great service from Carmen Webster and problems resolved quickly. We did have some teething problems but having the same person dealing with all your issues makes a huge difference, as they know exactly what has been going on with your account.
