Very helpful employees communicate!
Employees were right there to help from the get-go! No need to wander around trying to find what you're looking for. It was amazing when an employee on the first floor quickly approached me and directed me to the right place on the second floor to find bear spray. As soon as I went there, a second-floor gentleman asked if I was the customer looking for bear spray. Of course I said, "How did you know?" He replied that a coworker notified him electronically. A great example of employees helping one another help customers.

Mason Rocks Men’s Shoes
Mason in the men’s shoe dept. was on it! Helping multiple customers at once running back and forth with sizes. He made eye contact; said thank you when I brought him shoes back to put up. He asked if I needed anything else and he moved fast.

Terrible customer service
Made a purchase online, which the order was later canceled by Scheels. After further inquiry it was explained the item was priced incorrectly. I was told attempting to purchase the item at the advertised price was essentially trying to scam them and being equivalent to them paying me to shop with them even though I would have been spending over $1000 on the order. Complete rude, arrogant, condescending response. After being a customer both online and in store for several years I will never shop there again.

Great customer service
I bought an item on sale and didn’t realize it rang up at full price until I got home. I called their customer service and they were able to refund me very easily over the phone.

Twilight Zone
I don't know what Parallel Universe I was in yesterday, but I want to return there, or I wish all companies would exist there.
I had never heard of Scheels and was surprised that my order from this Tuesday was on my doorstep the next day. I see they exist in my State, but not my City, so it was just a general search for the items that resulted in me purchasing.
The items were packed in a Tank of a box, there was no way the items could possibly be damaged... That and service faster than a Hooker on a good night means I'm going back to Scheels.com before I check anywhere else.
