If i could i would give zero stars. Shitty company, very hard to contact them. With much trouble found a phone number after 30 min still no response. Ordered a couch via Delife.com, they were appointed as the transport company. Made an appointment as asked for the 4th of february. Status of shipment stayed on "at distribution center". The delivery was supposed to come between 8 and 17.00 hours. Took a day of for shit. Also hired someone to help me upstairs with the couch. Lost money because appointment is not fulfilled. Very bad company. I've read that since DSV (usa company) took over they got worse. They should give back my delivery costs and the pay me my day off back. If you have a choice please don't use their services.
