Sends UK plug ONLY to Dutch customers
Ordered a Nokia Modem for 10Gb internet capabilities and the ability to use my own router with Delta Fiber here in NL. I finally got around to installing this, and opened the box to see that there is NO EU plug...? There is ONLY a UK plug in the box, from a product sold and shipped in the Netherlands from a dutch company to a Dutch address. There was NO mention of this on the box, NO mention of this on the website, and no mention of this in any email from this company (which is very hard to get a response from).
So to add also, email support barely ever responds. I find this absolutely absurd that I must now pay for an adapter so I can use a product that I bought and paid for in the Netherlands from a Dutch company.
