Damaged blouse and refuses to take any responsibility

Damaged my girlfriend's blouse and denies any responsibility for staining it inside the shop. The blouse came in with a small stain in the back (which was cleaned) but is now stained in the front with something black and oily looking.

We will have to now take it to some other dry cleaning to try to correct the mistakes of this shop. At least a refund has been issued.

I know these things might happen but based on the aforementioned, I cannot recommend this dry cleaner and would advise against using it. If you absolutely must use this place, at least take very good photo documentation of what you are handing in and be insured.
