this is worse than one star! I complained to the Schmerbals Herbals. and they totally ignored my messages. after I moved I tried to use what they sent to grow thinking there might be seeds in the flowers. I wanted seeds and they were advertised with seeds sellers. I finally sent another message asking for s refund and they said Etsy said they cannot do refunds after a certain date. Etsy does not say this... they say the seller is responsible. these people are dishonest. I opened s case against them which I was told by another seller would do no good because Etsy does not do anything to sanction their sellers. after I opened a case the seller blocked me from communicating with them. then I got a survey from Etsy asking how effective the seller was in resolving the case. luckily I paid with PayPal and they are investigating through s case. I sent them pictures from the sale site where there were seeds advertised. it also comes up on Google like this. I don't have this problem with Amazon or even Walmart!! these people are dishonest. be careful when you shop with Etsy and with Schmerbals herbals in particular. buyer beware.
