Ordered on Monday (to be fair it was a bank holiday) for next day delivery but had to phone on Thursday as it still had not arrived. To give them their due it did then arrive later that day.
The bubble wrap was exactly as ordered.

Next day delivery?? I think NOT!
They state one day delivery. But fail to provide this, even if I've paid for it. Personally, I find this unacceptable and would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for this service.

I've taken a look into your issue and I can see your order was dispatched on time Monday 29th April and was estimated to arrive Tuesday 30th-Wednesday 1st. The tracking indicates delivery was successful on Wednesday 1st at 14.25 so it doesn't appear that there were any delays against when the order was expected.
I can see a colleague promptly advised you via email in response to your initial query, and also spoke with a David Thompson on the telephone who called customer support on your behalf, and advised the same.
Just to re-iterate for any future orders, next day delivery is not always available to specific postcodes (Ireland, Scotland & Highlands, Isles etc). I can see your postcode falls into the areas that are susceptible to 2 working day delivery and this information is available via the website for consideration prior to purchase. Apologies again for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

Not bad for the price
Good value for money.
Tape provided is not very strong and hardly sticks to the cardboard.
One box was slightly damaged (possibly from courier handling).
Courier was unreliable and only got the boxes delivered a day after the promised delivery date.

Fantastic !
I ordered a student moving pack, with postage it was just short of £20. I must admit that I didn’t have high expectations of the quality for this price.
I couldn’t have been more wrong! 15 top quality boxes, strong enough for all household items, and tape and bubble wrap too! I’m confident that the boxes will be able to be reused too.
Easy ordering and speedy delivery. I’d highly recommend this company, and I’ll definitely use again.
