I ordered a bell ornament on December 10th and have not received any messages of if it. Like is it ready to ship or if it has been shipped. If I could give you 10 stars I definitely would! We had a situation where we needed a bell ASAP. I sent email to Customer Service and they went beyond all expectations to make sure we could get our bell within 3 days! They made a dream come true for our 92 year old Mom.
