The agent was very transparent , answered all my questions and ended up saving us almost $100 per month from what we were paying before.

I was nervous changing ins companies after so many years, the broker was great. He made it so easy and comfortable for me.

I was insured after about 90 minutes on the phone and had email confirmation.

The agent or their system did mistakes in policy remarks and asked us to sign. Policy said we deny all kind of coverage, while paying for all of them. Also total premium calculation was not correctly shown twice. Also name was mistyped in final documents. Always read every page in full before signing as scoop insurance system is not trustworthy at all.

Secondly, website price was 188 CAD / month which ended on 232 Cad / month. Not transparently calculated on website. Due to timeline we had to take it.

The call took over 25-30 minutes to confirm my insurance for a single tenant home insurance policy. In addition, there were some errors in my policy documents and it took 1 week to upload my documents to my online portal. The scoop customer service agent was very helpful to me though and responsive.

We were very happy with Rachel. She hooked us up with a better rate than what Aviva renewed us for. We had been with Aviva for 19 years with only one property claim that occurred 10 years ago. We’re insured with Aviva again because they gave us the best rate but with the help from Rachel, we’re saving so much more. If our premiums go up astronomically next year, we’ll call again to see if we can find a better rate. No more loyalty to Aviva anymore. We’ll go to the company that gives us the best rate. The customer service was excellent and Rachel was very informative and helpful.

I’m a new customer with Scoop. My initial interaction with a lady called. Beth was very good. Once I received my insurance email for tenant the total was not what I was quoted (approx, $187. For both car and tenant). When I brought it up with the agent, even explaining who I spoke with in the price, he made no effort to let me know he would review the voice recordings contact the agent that I was given the quote with in case there was an error. This service is very Disappointing! I have even called the original agent Beth and left emails at least two of each and after three days there has been no response. Again this is extremely disappointing as a new client. I am hoping to get this resolved show you as a company can redeem yourself. Thanks
