An exceptional company to deal with . First class service all the way. Chris was amazing when I ordered a scooter for my elderly cousin and I explained it had to be delivered on a certain day at a certain time. He pulled out all the stops make it happen. A Lovely guy delivered it and demonstrated how it worked and my cousin was over the moon with his early Christmas present. I cannot fault this company. Everyone so helpful . Highly recommend

Scootamart, especially Chris, were so easy to deal with and they were able to source the items needed fairly quickly. They kept in touch and provided all the information we needed. Professional and efficient and very knowledgeable about their products. Would certainly recommend them .

Just bought a mobility scooter, was happy to deal with Lyndsey, she showed us the way to dismantle and assemble it and lift. And showed us various models. She was extremely helpful with answering any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble for Lynsey when she was dealing with us.

My grandpa came in to buy a scooter but had no idea what to get. The manager in the Southport shop made the experience super easy by guiding him the entire way to choose what was right for him. They delivered it to his house and reassured him that he was a phone call away if ever he needed any questions answered or assistance with the scooter

Dad bought his scooter about 6 months ago from the Southport branch.

He was concerned about his tyres getting low, so we went back to see Robert, the manager, who was just as helpful pumping up dad’s tyres as he was when we came in to buy the scooter.

He even gave it a quick clean so it looked like new again.

Brilliant customer service, listened carefully to all my requirements and made the purchasing process seamless. Took with me right away! My Nan did at least 10k that day and her legs are well rested after 70 years of walking. Rob was a delight.

I have just been shouted at in one of the shops. I went to say the battery was constantly flat on the 1700.00 scooter I bought for my daughter. I was talked over told to stop shouting leave the store as he would have his say. I said I would report him and to stop shouting and over talking me it was at this point he said he would put a note on to make sure head office would know it was me. I am a 63 year old woman great grandma with a disabled daughter and have never been spoken to or shouted at like that in a shop I was only trying to say the product was not very good. He would not give me his name. He did say he usually answers the on line phones and is not usually in the shops thank goodness. I think it is a disgrace to have a good company like Scooter Mart being represented by this rude arrogant man. I will be making a formal complaint and will never buy anything else from them again. This is in response to the comments by Scooter Mart. I appreciate your apology however this did happen from your member of staff. I do not appreciate being stated that he felt threatened I am speechless

I would just like to say a massive Thankyou to scootamart Leigh and especially to Aaron for looking after me today and finding me a wheeelchair , for my mum. Aaron was polite , helpful and very caring and a lovely mannerism.

Bought myself a Pride, Apex lite travel scooter from Scootamart in Cleveleys. Chris talked me through the benefits of having a scooter, how it works, fits in the boot of my car etc and even delivered it to me that afternoon.

Both stores in Preston super helpful didn’t get the name a of the guys who repaired my scooter but they where very helpful and understanding. When I purchased a new scooter Chris at the store on garstang road was very nice gave me his number if I ever needed anything and just overall reassured me thank you

I cannot praise scootamart and especially Aaron I have always had my mobility scooters with them and there have never been any issues and if there were I knew Aaron and his team were only ever a phone call away and they would go out of there way to resolve the issue above and beyond what was expected of them.

Last week I had a major event in my health and I now have to let my scooters go because my health dictates that I need a powerchair for indoors/outdoors just to get myself around no feeling in all right side feet, legs, hands, arms. I have had to accept what the Neurolgists have told me and surgery is not an option.

I explained this when I spoke to Motability I did not know if I could swap my scooter for a chair but the hospital had asked me to ask because the self propelled wheelchair I have had for many years was no ,longer an option. They agreed to the change because of special circumstances and this is where Aaron and his staff took up the mantle and went all out to help me.

In four days they have visited me assessed the situation talked through all the possibilities told me about all the different power chairs available what they can and cannot do and then suggesting what through years of knowledge in this field would be best for me.

Friday evening he was here long after his store in Leigh should have closed but he was going that x
Extra mile for me but unfortunately and not for the want of trying all of Motability computers had gone down and we could not proceed until Saturday and yesterday I was brought a loan power chair for a 7 day trial to put through it’s paces and that I was happy it could do all that I needed it to do in the house and out of the house.

He has rang this morning to say he will be with me later today with another trial powerchair. He is so generous of his time and he never pushes you into anything you are not happy with this is where his experience of the power chairs comes in to it’s own because Aaron is so knowledgeable. I want to let them know. I really appreciate all they have done for me in the past 4-5 days they have been faultless and they deserve the biggest pat on the back. Thank you so much.

I went into the Burnley branch a couple of weeks ago to have a look at purchasing a scooter. I sat with a young man called Gary who was very helpful indeed. He explained everything to me and put my mind at ease, i saw the most prettiest green scooter and decided that was the one for me!. Thank you Gary and thank you Scootamart.

CHRIS,what a fantastic,helpful,warm,hospitable,friendly,nothing at all is too much trouble,type of guy.We had been to a few other scooter retailers, he blew them out the water.He's very open,honest with you,lets you test drive as many as you like,no matter how long it takes to choose,FANTASTIC salesman,should be more like him where ever you go.Cant praise the whole shopping experience enough.THANKYOU CHRIS
