Hi Jeanette,
I was talking to your neighbour for 15 minutes before you came down the stairs from your little palace. You neighbour didn't come out to check if you were OK, she was there for the whole 15 minutes. And I wasn't agressive nor intimidating, and your neighbour can attest to that.
Now for the first lie in your review - You received your refund before I came in to investigate, not after. Second lie in your speech - You were requesting a refund while your package has been signed for - solid proof of delivery - soon will be confirmed by the mailman's smartphone coordinates which we will obtain in the next 48 hours.
Yes I did accuse you of lying and Yes, I did want to take a picture of you since you said that you have no time to walk 5 minutes to your Royal Mail Delivery Office.
We've had no problems in the past with these packages, and whoever has experienced delays or missed deliveries, we could easily send them a replacement or a refund either in Britain or in Europe, we sorted the problem very easily - there was no need to come out on Trustpilot and just bash us.
Which makes me think that these two last reviews were severely rigged right from the beginning. Either Trustpilot which is known for blackmailing businesses with fake reviews in exchange for paying £1500 / month for the service, or it could just make me rethink what Britain is actually famous for.
So, thank you Trustpilot, but we're closing this account.
Regards, Claudiu, Scootera
