Merchandise did not last a year
Merchandise did not last a year. Scooter that cost $2000 should be expected to last a long time. Trying to resolve the issue has taken almost 2 months and still not resolved. Will never purchase again.

Dealing directly with Andy was a 5 star experience. Having to wait for almost a month from the manufacturer was a 1 star debacle. The chair was shipped to a local chair purveyor, he couldn't care less, the chair was delivered in the rain, the seat was wet, he showed me nothing about the chair. He knew about the shark controller, but it was like ( I gotta get home) experience from the local guy.I give them ZERO STARS. I GAVE you 4 stars because, it's a good chair (ever think about a chair with a suspension). It has some problems, that I hope can get worked out.
