Great customer service

Great customer service - I picked up the phone and had my request dealt with in a couple of minutes. And great prices - cheaper than a lot of the chain stores.

Great customer service

Just had a very positive experience with the customer service team. I bought some Etnies trainers a couple of months back which had started to disintegrate due to a manufacturing defect (Etnies fault not Scorpions). After sending a few photos to show the problem they refunded me straight away and said they would take it up with Etnies. Great service all round.

Trinidad and Tobago adidas

I got these badass Trinidad and Tobago adidas trainers on sale! shipped to me in Brooklyn within 2 weeks of my flight out to Trinidad and Tobago for my grandmothers 94th birthday. Cmon now… 10/10.

Marked trainers and tags pre-removed

Bought a pair of zx600’s. When they arrived there was a blue mark similar to Jean bleed or a felt tip pen mark on the front of the shoe. Tags were present but popped and sitting in the box. They advised me to send back for a refund which is fair enough. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to do so for the next couple of weeks so receiving a pristine pair of trainers would have been ideal. Enough for that to be the first and last time I purchase anything from Scorpion Shoes.
