With some trepidation due to poor reviews I proceeded with tracker installation from Scorpion.
The gentleman technician was very helpful and professional! Nothing was to much trouble and he was happy to answer all of our questions.

Rubbish communication
During the purchasing process I was informed that I would be contacted later that day by their install team to arrange an installation date. That never happened, neither the next day nor the day after. After numerous phone calls and (I’ll escalate this to the right team excuse), I finally get an install date. No phone call or email to expect an installation.
