I spent $1000 on the website and won $10. The 1 in 5 wins is a big lie because I lost on 25 tickets in a row. This site’s prices for the tickets are ridiculous because you hardly win and the big prizes are all lies.I doubt whether there is any big prizes on the tickets. The big prize pool is another lie. Actually highly surprised I seen a ad on social media and decided why not what's 20$ and bam I hit for 150$. And than I transferred it right over to my PayPal account. There was no issues no scam the next day I lost 20$ but hey I'm still up will continue to play

Won but no winning money still…
I’ve been trying to get my withdrawal from my winnings resolved for 2 days now. It says you get your withdrawal in one day but I waited almost 48 hours then contacted them and they put in my email wrong they had .com as .vim and told me I needed to update my email but there is no place to update it and I didn’t put it in wrong so why do I need to update it also I’ve tried calling them during their business hours several times and nobody answers it goes to voicemail, I’ve left. Voicemail 3 times and no return call, you can’t instant message them if won’t work and the only response I got from the several emails I sent was that the withdrawal was sent to my preferred methods but it wasn’t it was sent to the wrong email that someone made a typo on so I’m still waiting and tomorrow will be the 3 rd day since I won the money and ask for the withdrawal. Wouldn’t be do bad but I need the money for gas and groceries for work for the week. I hope I get the money I won and they are legit since I won it fair and square it would be nice but I’m getting worried I might not ever see it. This was my first time playing so I’m not sure how they are about paying. We shall see what happens tomorrow. Crossing my fingers. Hope this isn’t happening to others as it’s very frustrating.

Still waiting on anyone to do anything to send me my wining money. I got a return email after several attempts to call them during their business hours with the phone going to voice mail to leave a message. Nobody ever answered the phone one. The instant chat doesn’t work like it says it does and if you send a ticket in nobody answers them. Like I said I got one reply and it showed a screen shit of my withdraw but somehow my email was not correct. The com was vim and it was still waiting on withdraw so it’s hung up somewhere from that error in my email. I have a print out of my withdraw screen shot before I sent it and I put it in correctly so it had to be entered in wrong on their side and I can’t correct it on my side. So I don’t know if I will ever get my winnings or not.
My advice is if it looks like a duck, smells like a duck, and walks like a duck. It’s a duck. When none of their contact info works that’s a red flag your messed up and are kinda just out of luck and the duck got ya!!! Lesson learned the hard way ouch…,,
Update…. Reply to your response. I’ve given you my correct email several times and nothing have been done. But again I sent another email to you just now with my correct email and with all the information again. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t already have this information but I have sent it to you again so I’m hoping you will speed this up now and give me my winning money since it will be a week soon. It seems like when I gave the correct information the first time it would of been fixed but I’ve sent numerous emails and your still asking for my email to get this fixed which to me just seems a bit odd. If this doesn’t get resolved today I will know it’s just a scam and I’m getting the run around. If they go this to 20-40 people just think of the money that would be. I can’t be the only one doing this come on I’m not dumb here. They got my corrrct email about 6 or 7 times why are they asking for it again? They are jerking my chain. Funny thing is I don’t give up so easy and I will keep telling the world what is going on. Man I loved it at first I won $100 on a 10 dollar scratcher, however I played a few more and won a $60,000 dollar scratcher and immediately the website logged me out and when I logged back in it acted like I didn’t scratch my card and then I didn’t have the win.

I've spent more money without winning than I would have ever spent if I had been buying physical scratchers. They offer all these second chance deals for you to lose twice. It really all feels like a giant money scheme. I have won 1 time after trying about 10.

I purchased the promo package on Sunday…
Very disappointed I tried contacting on Facebook too.I purchased the promo package on Sunday where if you buy one and don't win you get another one, I started scratching the first card and only scratched the top row and it kicked me out. Now it says that I still have a scratcher but when I click on it it says this promo has ended. I tried to call the customer service number twice no answer and no return call, I emailed a support ticket, no response, I tried the live chat that is supposed to be on the bottom of the help page.. nothing there. You owe me something.. very disappointed
