Actually would have put 0 stars had that been an option. I ordered Audi Daytona Grey… what I received was virtually black and did not match in any way. After sending images showing the colour difference, they have decided to stop contact. I had asked for either a refund, or to have the correct colour sent to me. We’re not talking about fortune of money here, around £15 or so, but it’s the fact that they have just decided that they don’t want to communicate any more… catch yourselves on… if you can’t supply the correct colour, then give me a refund… simple as that. BTW … order no #6399 if you’d like to re-establish communications 🤣🤣

Ripped off! Ordered a selection of paints for a repair, nothing after a month of waiting, tracking number does not work, tried every way of communicating with the company, chat, phone, email, with no response. Scam of a company!

Absolutely Disgusting not at all surprised by the reviews at all,waited over a week for my order when they arrived 1 of the 3 cans was empty and I could not spray the others.
Called to explain and they said they would send me a returns label waited 2 days this never arrived , called again to be told they don’t send returns labels (so why lie !).
Was asked to return so I did through yodel as advised never heard anything for over a week, I called and he told me that the sprays were working (another lie) and 1 was empty and there was no cream returned,
Accused me of using the product even though I’d explained 1 felt empty.
Refused to give me a refund aside he would either resend the same items out or give me a partial refund I’m appalled at the customer service and resent being accused of doing something I haven’t done DISGRACEFUL

If I was anyone I would definatley not buy anything from this company, you should be thoroughly ashamed.

Use your hard earned money as back up toilet paper at least it will have a use instead of giving it to this disgraceful car boot sale "company".

Wrong colour supplied for correct paint code. Two e-mails regarding this were ignored. They have asked for feedback so here it is: minus one star.

Cant believe they are falsifying their Trustpilot reviews on the website, I should have checked here first. Same thing, no lacquer in the package, paint wrong colour. No response to loads of emails now and I've ended up screwed out of 40 quid for nothing. Furious.

The colour I ordered was the wrong shade,the shade they sent me was much darker. I have contacted them 3 times,I have sent them photos of the colour of the car as requested of them,I've sent them the colour code as requested.There is now no response and no offer of the correct colour or a refund.Keep away it is a bum company.

Order pen give reg and paint colour code for them only to send total different colour to my car sent them photos showing colour is totally different and then for them to further ignore my emails not refund me . You want correct colours and good customer service then look elsewhere where

Excellent colour match in the touch up pen and a spray can. Arrived quick and was well packaged. I would definitely recommend and purchase from again.

Avoid at all costs. Firstly the pen arrived broken open and had leaked inside the packaging. Fair enough, I e-mailed with pictures. No reply. 2 fasteners sent. No reply. Spend your money somewhere else. I've reported them to trading standards.

Item ordered before 2 pm yesterday , for next day delivery. Item not arrived, Item still tracked in Northern Ireland and has been for 24 hours... No reply to email sent wrong the webchats. Not good at all. I await a refund or response and highly doubt I will see this product seeing as its been tracked 3 times in Ireland in 24 hours! Something is wrong .unhappy!!!

Brilliant products and paint matching was superb. Products arrived on time as expected. My car colour is metallic AB1, so not an easy colour to match perfectly but I was pleasantly surprised.

I wasn’t convinced a diy fix could be done on my Range Rover Velar, forward left panel where some deep scratches were all the way to the metal. After a few hours of research followed by proper preparation I completed the project, scratches gone and has left a professional appearance.

Tips for anyone hesitant to try scratch repair, do the research and preparation properly. I used an old left over piece of plasterboard in my garage in order to practice the hand / aerosol control techniques and this paid off. Patience and preparation are key to achieving a quality result.

Paint was not a colour match to my car. The metallic paint should have been high gloss finish but dried Matt!! Very disappointing. Telephone help line did not dial through. Customer support non existent. Do not buy from this company!

Avoid, ordered touch up pen, got order number confirmation, chased up order, order number not recognised but taken money from account, unable to contact anyone by email or not answering phone.Gone back to credit card to cancel payment, Avoid Avoid

Paint top quality and delivery was super quick 👌🏾

The company advertised 1–2 day delivery on their website, yet our order still hasn't arrived. We spoke to a representative who promised a callback with an update—no one ever followed up. The paint was ordered based on the delivery timeframe and the specific colour advertised, which was essential for a client project. As a result of the delay and lack of communication, we were unable to complete the work, and now our client is seeking compensation.

All we’ve been told is that they’ll refund the postage—how is that even possible when postage was free? Absolutely unacceptable service. If you're a business, avoid this company. For members of the public, we’d recommend alternatives like Chipex or PaintNuts. This experience has been a complete waste of time, and the matter is now being referred to our legal team.

I strongly advise against using this company. My experience is much the same as others judging by all the negative reviews, suggesting a very unprofessional, 'garden shed' level of operation. I meticulously provided all requested details: vehicle registration, paint code photo, a clear description of the light grey non-metallic color, and vehicle make and year. They sent me silver metallic paint, completely incorrect. I've made repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email, leaving voicemails and sending multiple messages, but they've completely ignored me. Had I seen the reviews beforehand, I would never have ordered. Save yourself the frustration and expense – avoid this company."

Received the wrong item, ordered a touch up pen, received a bottle instead. Also advertise on their site as a sandpaper set of 3 in around a5 size. They will send you one piece of paper cut in 3.

The bottle instead of pens was a simple enough mistake, the sand paper though does feel a bit misleading. Contacted them asking to return the item to confirm the address was the one on the package. Which also I'd have to cover the cost for as they don't cover returns costs. Was willing to do this despite the issues but yeah, radio silence on their end despite multiple emails.

Gave them a week to sort but still heard nothing so started a chargeback claim with the bank.

Ordered touch up pen and lacquer bottle. Only touch up pen arrived labelled incorrectly with wrong paint. Was advised to send a photo of it against the car after applying. Did it (it was miles off) and never had a reply since to any calls or emails. Now have had chargeback issues by my bank
