Bought repair spray paint for my car and do not received delivery. Contact customer service and they telling that they shipped and it's showing that I received. But when I ask to show me evidence for delivery or contact delivery company for enquiries they gone quite. Costumer service bad, doesn't care about customers. I started to think that they probably did not even shipped my item. I lost money and my time. Disgusting. Please do not waste your money and time. I would recommend to choose different company. Absolutely disappointed.
UPDATE 8/03/2025 NOW SELLER LIED, MY REVIEWS REPLY THEY TELLING THAT THEY SEND PHOTO OF MY DELIVERY AND I DID NOT REPLIED AFTER. That's completed lies I have not received photo evidence from seller. My house does not have porch. I still not received my item nor evidence of photo of delivery. I still waiting for investigations evidence. Do not trust this company, they liers and disgusting people.

Great product, process was easy. Entered my reg and selected my product, came in 2 days and matched seamlessly.

Paint matched my car perfectly and fast delivery I highly recommend 👌

The colour match was really bad, so ordered from a supplier that required the paint code and that one was perfect. Emailed, but no response. Make the effort to order the right stuff, this lot just hope you won't bother following it up for a tenner.

Touch up paint was spot on to our car

Gen 20 polishing compound was NOT in original packaging and and no ingredient it was decanted in to a clear squeeze bottle.(this was not stated on the advertisement)

Touch up brushed came wrapped in kitchen roll and only 10 brushes not 100 that I paid for.

Emailed them 2 times zero communication.

I ordered a touch-up paint for my car, but unfortunately, I received the wrong color. I ordered a blue touch-up paint, but you sent me black instead, which has caused issues as it has now messed up the appearance of my car.

Please arrange for the return of this incorrect item and send me the correct color as soon as possible. I would also appreciate any advice on how to fix the issue caused by applying the wrong color.

Received wrong item and no reply to emails on how to rectify the problem.

I ordered paint from this website on the 10th September after they advertised a colour match for my motorcycle. The paint and lacquer arrived quickly so there are no complaints on that side but the colour in question is no where near being a match and I now have to either rub down the whole panel and find a professional company that can actually colour match or send the panel off to be completely resprayed.

Avoid at all costs!

Been nearly 3 weeks since i ordered the item. Only email i have gotten is that the order was placed and my money has been taken, sent a email a few days ago asking about the status of my order but no reply. Pretty sure it’s a scam and will never order from them again. 0/10

Fast delivery, great match to paint and good design of applicator on scratch repair kit

Ordered a touch up pen on 22 July. Then chased a week later. Scratchrepaircar are telling me it's delivered but their own tracking app Shop is showing 'ready to ship' and ' not receiving updates'. Hopefully my latest emails will convince them I have not received my paint. Have used shop for multiple purchases previously with no issues. 8/8 Update, finally agreed to send replacement pen. Received 48 hrs later, posted through my door by postie. Hence my star rating updated.

Arrived on time. Good colour match. Would have liked a thicker brush for a smoother finish.

Sent wrong colour no response whatsoever to my emails.

Ordered a white touch-up pen for my car using both the reg and the paint code. Paint doesn’t look anything like that of the car; I wouldn’t even call it white - more of a grey / blue colour. Emailed several times and called (went to voicemail) and just get ignored. Don’t waste your money.

Colour is totally wrong, ordered luminous sand (gold colour) which is a Volvo colour, received grey colour, no colour match what so ever.

Ordered a touch up bottle and it arrived with half the contents poured out into the packaging. Not great. My disappointment arises from the fact that having called and left a voice message and emailed (twice) Scratch Repair to see if this problem could be remedied, they have totally ignored my communication. Plenty of other suppliers out there.

Rip off. Ordered and paid for 2 bottles of touch up paint- 1 white, 1 black. Only 1 white arrived in the package. No reply to my emails or phone calls, asking where the other bottle is. Really poor customer service.
