Worked for them around seven years. I had a 98 percent customer rating, over 200 customer favorited me, and had clients who only wanted me. Suddenly I was kicked off the platform for supposed customer complaints. Would not tell me who or why. Just fired for no reason. I hadn't even had any rejections. I think it was so they can hire new people who aren't making as much. I started at their platinum level, which is the highest, then fired. Go figure.

Wrote for these clowns, very briefly. As a published non fiction author (Random/Penguin) I am a great writer, but these clowns still treat their writers like someone they hired to clean the toilet.

I questioned their shady practices, so they booted me off their platform.

Do not write for them, and if you're a business, work directly with a good writer instead of feeding these losers. Yet another crappy content farm, staffed by people who have zero clue what they are doing.

I find scripted to be an amazing service. We've gone from 0 to 90 on SEO in about 6 months. It takes time and investment, but it pays off in higher quality clicks and great leads for your business.

THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE STAY AWAY. They refused to CANCEL and say, sorry you signed up. NEVER EVER HEARD Of s subscription scam this bad.

Having to schedule a call with their sales team in order to cancel membership is unacceptable.

I truly can not say enough amazing things about the entire team at Scripted. Our account manager, Liz Sena goes above and beyond her job description for us to ensure we are getting the best quality content from their wonderful writers. Her communication with us throughout the content planning process all the way through to tracking each piece once it has been published is just unparalleled.

We have used Scripted for a variety of content formats, from short form announcements to long form blog articles. Very impressed with quality and reliable delivery.

I went on to their website and, as a writer, I thought okay let's see. It was when I was required to submit my credit card/bank details that I immediately stopped. So I came on here to read the comments. I would just say to all these people who have left comments here: never, ever submit your financial details for ANY online writing job!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SAVE YOUR TIME, BUSINESS, AND THE MONEY THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL AND WITHOUT A REFUND. $199/MONTH. RUN!!!! THERE ARE GREAT COPYWRITERS OUT THERE AND BETTER SERVICES AND SITES THAN THIS ONE. UNSCRUPULOUS, AND A SCAM.

Deceptive business practices , they take your credit card and bill you for a full year and don’t let you cancel SCAM SCAM SCAM

They take your credit card for a free trial, first of all, which I think is shady to begin with. When the trial was about to expire, I DID receive an email saying the trial was expiring but I must have missed it. The company then proceeded to bill my credit card $200/month for 7 months without a single invoice or payment receipt being sent to me. When I asked for a refund, they could clearly see that I have never used the platform and refused to give me ANY refund at all. Not happy and I feel like this is a horrible way to do business.

The negative comments below are correct. The customer service is awful. I cancelled during trial and they continued to charge my card. There are many companies that offer similar services where you don't have to have a membership. Don't use them, it is a waste of money

DO NOT give them your credit card information!!
I signed up for the free trial and lost $200cad because of it. When on the trial, there is no information about how to cancel your account anywhere on the site pages. After they charge you for the first month then suddenly there's a support email visible telling you to contact them if you wish to cancel. Don't bother. They make you call them and waste your time having a conversation when all they needed to know was your email to cancel. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this "service."

Signed up for the free trial and tried to cancel the day before the 30 days were up. I was uneasy that it had cancelled..so I contacted them through their "contact us" page on their website. I never got a response and honestly forgot about until i got my bank statement. Sure enough they had charged me and it had not cancelled. I called and spoke with a customer "service" person who was not really all that concerned and said he would check around and send me an email he found anything that warranted a refund. True to their style I haven't heard anything and no refund. I would def be wary of the "free trial" of Scripted.

I made a mistake signing up, it seemed legit from the videos etc. I had no idea about the recurring fees after signing up used my credit card details. You only know the price after registering with your credit card. I wanted to deactivate and unsubscribe, but they haven't replied to my email request. Their online chat support is terrible, there is never someone present. I had to call my bank and cancel my credit card.

Update: Fortunately there was a representative available to attend my request via a phone call. However, the process is very tedious; why must i stay up until 1 am to call for a request? They hadn't replied via email and if i hadn't called, my account would have still be running with charges. They ask you why you want to cancel on the phone. There is no cancel button on the dashboard. It's a very tedious and troublesome task having to cancel your account if you're fortunate to find someone, there was only 1 active representative. Customer service is appauling and the client must be persistant and active to get what they want.

DO NOT USE, EVER ! This is the worst service I have ever subscribed for (and I use a lot of them). They just stole my money, did not provide anything useable, kept on going with false claims/promesses.

Their customer support practices are extremely shady
- They don't tell you you are gonna get billed
- They don't send you a notification or an invoice after payment
- They don't send you any email whatsoever, they are just hoping that you forget about them
- They don't let you cancel your subscription directly on the app
- After they stole your money for months they just ignore you and do not provide any refunds whatsoever

Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other services out there. Either use UpWork, JobRack, Freelancer, etc to get a good freelance writer or just hire a service to do 4-5 articles per month and publish them on your blog. But do not trust these guys. I also think they are going through massive restructuring, changes internally and I wouldn't be surprised if they don't last any longer.

Deceptive practices. Used the 1 month trial to lock me in and automatically charged my card for another month. When asked for a refund as I didn't use the platform at all or cost the business anything, was denied and turned away.

Stay away from this clunky platform

Often, employer is not responding, but Scripted have 1 day to respond for ticket and they respond on-time. This is crucial for freelancer like me who didn't like to waste any time.

As a writer, their support is top-notch. I've tried other platforms, but none have lead to as much writing success as Scripted has.

Pretty sure these people are wizards, that or genetically-enhanced cyborgs. Seriously, their response times are eerily fast.

I had an issue, and after e-mailing support I had a response within a few minutes.

Fantastic company, sensational experience, 10/10 would highly recommend.

Big fan. So far, I have received quality, reliable writing that is easy to use.
