Overpriced Rubbish and Rude staff
What an absolute joke of a company. I bought a so-called "premium" product from Scruffy hair company and it was anything but premium. cheap, ineffective and nowhere near what was advertised. When i contacted the company to sort it out i was met with pure arrogance from their so called educator and product specialist Matthew Mcllveen. His attitude was rude, dismissive, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Zero professionlism, zero CRM and zero care for customers. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, once they have taken your money you can forget them if there is a problem. If you have an issue good luck! you will get attitude instead of assistance. Avoid Scruffy hair company at all costs.
