Excellent Content and Trainer Rafa Sabbag. We loved his way of teaching

I have been working in a Product Owner role for a few years. I had taken part in many courses for Product Owner. Though this course kept my interest during the whole training, since I learned a few new things and I saw some things from a different angle. The tutor (Rafa Sabbagh) does the training with a lot of desire and passion and makes the training a very exciting experience with the practical sessions. I recommend the training for new learners as well as for people with previous experience in Product Ownership.

This A-CSPO course was offered at a flexible time that allowed certification over a 3-day period covering the weekend. The class was very diverse and included people from 5 different countries, which provided broad perspectives on Product Ownership.

Rafa had good energy throughout the course and introduced good tools and techniques for the Product Owner to set priorities, identify users, and create the product backlog. I would have preferred a variety of class exercises, group exercises, and individual activities to learn the concepts, as well as a bit more lecture time. We spent roughly half of the training time in group breakouts, which for me was overwhelming.

Training methods by Rafa was engaging till the last second.
