The instructor is obviously extremely well-versed in all things Scrum and was an enthusiastic leader who made sure all students were engaged and understood the material. He made it interactive and collaborative, which held my attention. The only negative of the course was its length. It was extremely daunting to be on camera for two entire days. As far as instructors goes, I would definitely recommend Rafa Sabbagh for anyone looking into CSM!

Rafa was an incredible instructor. The training sessions were informative, interactive, and interesting. I learned a lot about Scrum and Agile concepts through the exercises and videos shared during the training sessions. I feel prepared to take the CSM exam after these sessions.

I recently completed the CSPO course with Rafa Sabbagh and it was such an interactive & refreshing experience! I loved how he got everyone engaged and “agile” in navigating Scrum concepts through real-world scenarios.

Despite the large class, we got to network and brainstorm a lot, share insights and experiences while learning about the ins-and outs of being a PO. And what’s more, Rafa took the training to a whole new level by showing us how to leverage AI tools in our daily tasks. This makes a real difference as we constantly need to adapt to a fast-evolving landscape.
