Terrible, Terrible service - ordered 1 x pair of navy shorts in March 2024 and I received them January 2025?! I am still waiting for a refund confirmation and still no news. I think this is a huge scam.
No confirmation email, no products received, no response to correspondence by text, email, instagram or FB. I don't think they are trading any more but the shop is still live.
Ordered shorts back in Jan, never arrived have tried to contact numerous times via email and social media with no response! Would not recommend buying for here!!!

don’t even waste your money. Took 2 months to come. No customer service all, they don’t even reply to emails with updates.
I ordered from this company before reading the other reviews and whilst I did have issues with the communication at first, I did hear back from ScrumBum with a full explanation. I started to be worried again when my parcel was not arriving, however on contacting them again the scrumbum team sent another out, via royal mail 24hours tracked postage, with a bonus top for the inconvenience. Communication was via Instagram as the direct contact/email wasn't working.
My experience went from feeling like I was total mug for trusting a company with such poor reviews, to feeling like the reviews have shone such a poor reflection on something that it felt only right to come back on and recommend it. The products are gorgeous, lightweight and soft. The colours are so vibrant! I recommend 😊
I havent received any update regarding my order, and have sent multiple emails and ig messages. Extremely disappointing as they seem to champion women in rugby. I have filed for a refund on paypal die to lack of communication
Wouldn't even try ordering from scrumbum. I have placed an order to which I paid by PayPal and have a receipt for but haven't received any confirmation email or order number for my items. I've sent emails, messages via Facebook and Instagram and not received any message back. Extremely annoyed by the service and lack of giving a crap about the customer. If haven't received any products or email back regarding my purchase I will be claiming a full refund. Extremely poor company.
