SC Shaw Designs and Sheridon provided superb service. They handled a challenging planning application and submitted the necessary drawings, resulting in an approved planning permission. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

We approached Sheridan after our builder and previous architect abandoned us towards the end of our build and we had no idea how to deal with the outstanding points that building control raised. Sheridan came to our house did a full review of the works and liaised with building control as our agent and we have finally gotten our completion certificate! That is due to Sheridan! He is patient, professional and I am so grateful to him. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking to have work done that involves building control / planning. If only we used him initially!

Sheridon has been exceptional during the five month period of my Lease Variation.
Extremely accommodating- always willing to help and make adjustments when necessary.

Sheridon Shaw of SC Shaw Designs is a true professional, we are truly happy that we met him via the introduction made to us by John Gutteridge Construction on our planned kitchen extension for a utility/shower area in our house in Winchmore Hill. He took the complete ownership of the design and in arranging to get all the necessary permitting requirements in coordination with the Council and Service Providers, in a timely manner, with quality, clarity and accuracy. His charges are very reasonable and he would advise on additional surcharges for permitting purposes etc upfront which helps in organizing budget accordingly. One only needs to meet him to know what he can offer on architectural design work for property extensions or renovations. Thanks for the great work Sheridon.

I used SC Shaw Designs to get architectural drawings for a rear extension and some internal configuration. He was far ahead of the other candidates who came across as either cocky or not sure of what they were talking about. Sheridon was very pleasant, professional and great to work with. He put my mind at ease and put through all the relevant paperwork to help get to planning stage. He is very friendly, patient and takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend him.

I found Sheridan (SC Shaw design) via a local google search as we wanted to add an extension to our home. Sheridan arrived on time and was extremely informative and transparent. He talked us through the whole process and took detailed notes on what we were looking for. He turned around designs quickly and managed and submitted for planning. He was available when we had questions and managed our expectation and stress levels well! He was a dream throughout the planning stages. He introduced several builders to quote for the project and acted as a soundboard for us when we were deciding. I honestly cannot speak highly enough - He was thorough throughout and a joy to do business with, who has visited the project throughout and at completion.
