Unsure of which sofa to buy, I called up the SC furniture Ltd team for help and guidance.
Everyone I spoke with were super friendly and helpful.
It’s difficult to decide or feel that you are making the right choice when you cannot see, touch or sit on a sofa that is purchased on-line.
I was after a particular sofa and colour and needed to be sure before I purchased. The kind lady kindly sent me out a sample.
Playing it safe. I purchased a different sofa to the swatch sample that was sent out, I think this was because my old sofa was the same colour as the new one and that was what I had been used to for over 20 years. However, after a few days I changed my mind and contacted the store. The gentleman was so helpful and understanding, he allowed me to change my order, I purchased the sofa’s that I had received the swatch sample for, he talked me through measurements to ensure that the new sofas would fit and took payment for the new outstanding balance right away.
The sofa’s arrived and the family love them!
Very happy with my experience. I would highly recommend SC Furniture and praise them for their high quality products, knowledge, guidance and professionalism.

(Not a lot of options for providers of leather suites in the far north of Scotland and if you find one its 16 to weeks delivery.
I cant thank Sam and John enough assisting me throughout the process from purchase to organising delivery and how efficient it all went.
Great quality item and looks gorgeous.

I spoke twice to the showroom and both times they were very friendly and helpful . Quick delivery and on the day I was contacted with a time slot . Two guys delivered the sofa and two chairs very quickly , they were very polite and friendly . The items themselves we are very pleased with and the quality is excellent . Would definitely recommend them ,

Proper Personal Service By Humans
SC Furniture of Kidderminster, not to be confused with national giants with similar initials, have demonstrated a level of customer care I thought had disappeared long ago. I had ordered a new sofa which arrived a few days before Christmas. Unfortunately, through no fault of S C Furniture, there were problems. Communications with the team at SC Furniture was excellent and various attempts to discover the cause of the problem were made. When a solution couldn't be found a full refund was offered. I was so impressed by the service I decided to purchase an alternative sofa from them and they, kindly, agreed to coordinate the delivery of the new sofa with the return of the first one so that I would not be without a sofa. Talk about going the extra mile. Well done.

Soon after placing the order I had a call from SC Furniture to offer a minor, but welcome, change to my order. The delivery came a few hours earlier than expected, but the driver called to ensure that was okay. The delivery team were friendly and helpful.

Received delivery of my 3 piece suite on Saturday 14th February, WOW what a lovely suite and very well made and so comfortable.
