had aron b and scott v from basingstoke make a delivery today to our house in exbury road first class service kept us in touch with delivery time and took sofas into the rooms we wanted nothing to much trouble for the boys they are both a asset to your company

Took delivery of our new couch yesterday true to their word the delivery driver rang 1 hour before delivery and arrived on the dot. .Delivery driver Lee Roberts and Ste Rice brought it in and put it where my wife required. Both were polite and presentable. I would use their services again.

Got my delivery of sofas , Bobby storey and Paul hagan from Seaham distribution centre had a job getting them in but did a excellent job great lads nothing was a trouble

Steve Forster and Callum from SDC distribution centre delivered mysofas they had a hard job getting them in but didn’t give up great job great lads

Fantastic team, very warm and friendly. The teams punctuality was spot on. Mark and Paul we very friendly, courteous working efficiently as a delivery team ensuring the setting up our new sofas was completed and checked thoroughly before leaving, both were very mindful of the swift agile movements of my toddler eager try to and test the new reclining sofa and love seat for comfort, size and of course bouncability. Mark and Paul were simply fantastic and very easy to speak to, they were very careful when delivering the sofas mindful not scratch the woodwork and flooring, they caused no disruption to my household, engaging positively with my 2yr old who safely observing their workmanship from cover of his tent. I have had a fantastic service would definately recommend scs thank you.😊

2 chairs and fabric delivered by Aaron and Shaun Excellent. Called an hour before delivery.Placed the furniture,inspected and took the packaging away.even took their shoes off at the door.

Distribution centre Seaham Jay and Eddy.Delivery of my couch and chairs was on time and they were two very pleasant lads they put the feet on and took packaging away...Couldn't fault them.

Dave B & Ryan H from distribution centre Elland DC was very punctual rang an hour before delivery and came within that hour pleasent guys with good sense of humour whilst getting the job done, my sofa the quartz is a new design so first time putting it together and did very well together made sure everything was ok before leaving removed packaging, good duo well done guys!!

Jim & James G from Livingston Delivery Centre delivered three piece suite. They said they would deliver between 2 and 5pm but arrived at 11.45am. after delivering the furniture and removing packaging they put the wooden feet onto the chairs and sofa. To do this they would have to up end the chairs etc. On inspection when I got home the lining on the bottom of one of the chairs has been totally ripped ( looks like a Stanley knife has slashed it). So how come they did not see that!! Obviously could not be bothered taking chair away again. Cannot get a phone number for the Livingston delivery Centre to complain. Not Happy!!!!

Delivery men Aaron and Shaun are not only punctional and friendly but they got the sofa that the other team couldn’t get in, fit inside my living room. It took roughly 30mins to achieve this however, throughout the whole task they kept thinking on their feet and didn’t give up. 5 stars. Their distribution centre is Basingstoke

I would like to give credit to Andy and Steve who delivered my scs sofa Saturday 10th November .
As they had to carry it around side of house ,though back door which I was amazed to say caused no trouble for them .
I live in Basildon so I hope the credit gets back to them , two very polite helpful delivery guys ..

Prompt timing on delivery.
Polite.
Quick at assembling my sofa.
Disposed of all packaging, leaving my living room pristine.

My only concern would be that the delivery men were unable to provide and use protective shoe covers whilst entering my premises on a brand new carpet due to apparent health and safety laws!!!!!!

I had to provide a last minute floor covering to protect my newly laid carpet from any potential damages.

Callum & R Ball from Sunderland delivered my Mums sofa & chair today . They were fab she is 94 & although they were at the start of a full days deliveries they gave her time & attention. Full marks thank you guys

Just took delivery of my laz-e-boy brooklyn sofa & 2 chairs look fabulous & really comfy delivery men matt & paul from wales were really good helpful & friendly a joy😊

The delivery drivers rich and James from the Warrington distribution centre were amazing. Very friendly and had their work cut out for them getting my couch in but they didn’t give up. Excellent service couldn’t be happier. Thank you both

Just had a delivery of two sofas from scs distribution in Basingstoke great service by Richard & Keith.Had a call to say they’d be here in an hour which they were then they bought in the sofas expertly & fitted together very pleasant & nice.The only problem was they are Tottenham fans lol .
