Mike & dave delivered our new sofas on Tuesday afternoon & were absolutely fantastic, the rang about an hour before the delivery to make sure everything was a OK at the house during this pandemic. As my wife & I are key workers & get checked regularly we stated no problems & within the hour they arrived, checked out where we wanted them & quickly & professionally put them together & Took all the empty packaging with them on the lorry. Cannot fault them at any time absolutely fantastic true professionals any company is worthy to have workers as good as these two

Our furniture was delivered today 19/10/20.
The delivery lads Alex (358) and Kristian (134) were brilliant. Very helpful and really polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They put everything where we wanted it to go and cleared up all the rubbish and took it away. Due to the situation they both wore masks, which made us feel safe. Thanks lads you were great.

I got a call from them after raising a complaint.

The chap was not prepared to listen to me and raised his voice and was rude. He was just provoking me for him to terminate the call.

I wish I had shopped elsewhere now

I received my furniture in time, but have been waiting 3 months to get my care kit and sliders which I paid for in March. I have emailed and phoned and although I was told it would be dealt with, I’m still waiting. All they gave to do is put it in the post, not happy

We had our sofas delivered this morning and our delivery drivers Brian and Gerry were great. Their reference code is 218-229-LIV. They were very pleasant and very efficient I would certainly recommend SCS.

Had a sofa delivered they took a chunk out of my wall getting through my hall way reported it sent photos 10 minutes after they left, Month later I was pretty much called a liar from the centre manager He advised me he would get back to me it’s now over a year later and I’m still chasing him and can never get hold of him or he is always out of the centre

Overall a good service in a unprecedented time of uncertainty. Would have been five stars but for a small amount of damage to the foot of one of our sofas, but I'm sure the scs aftercare team will sort this out 👍shout out to the delivery team Micheal 401 & Radu 007 top guys and very professional 😎 Delivery center's S7777-4354861-BDC-401-007' will be back again for more products in the future.

My sofa was delivered today, by two very friendly professional gentlemen. 'Karl' and 'Paul' ,thank you very much guys. They both carried out their job professionally wearing the correct ppe including the latest covid-19 facemasks. The only thing that let scs down was the fact that they gave a delivery time but were an hour late, this is not due to the drivers but staff in the office. I feel this was the only unprofessional part of the experience, other than that I am absolutely thrilled with my sofa and the service and would use scs again.
