My experience with MyTrip has been poor whenever there has been a flight cancellation by the airline and I needed a refund. There is simply no one to deal with, and no real resolution.
My experience with MyTrip has been acceptable as long as everything goes smoothly — but the real problem starts when flights are cancelled by the airline and a refund is required.
I have been chasing them for a long time regarding refunds that I am entitled to. Every time I contact customer service, I receive a different answer, and in practice, I still have not received my money back. The process feels inconsistent, confusing, and extremely frustrating, with no clear ownership or resolution.
Unfortunately, it seems that once a problem requires an actual refund or deeper handling, the service breaks down completely.
My conclusion from this experience is simple: book directly with the airlines rather than through third-party agents. It may cost the same, but it will save a lot of stress and uncertainty if something goes wrong.
Delayed refund and accepting booking on fully booked flights
They accepted my booking and deducted funds despite the flight having been fully booked. Its now over 6 months without getting my refund. Customer service is poor and not well informed.

They scammed me. They entered names incorrectly, then charge to change them. They lied to me on multiple phone calls stating that they'd updated the airline but they hadn't. Don't use them!

Had flight cancelled due to the Middle East war, flight was booked for 18 March 2026 on Qatar Airways. A refund was requested from Qatar Airways on 1st April 2026 and still waiting for airline to process refund request. Its frustrating as i have called Mytrip over 20 times and yet keep getting the same response the airline has still not completed the refund request. Once completed and refund received we shall process your refund. 13th May and im still waiting. Terrible customer service.

Terrible Customer Service & Refund Experience
I canceled most of my trip and paid over $1,200, yet only received $236 back. Despite numerous follow-ups, I’ve been met with unprofessional staff who offer no real solutions — just empty promises to “escalate the issue,” with zero follow-through.
This has been ongoing for over 3 months, well before the current situation in the Middle East, so there’s no excuse for the lack of resolution. No one takes ownership, no one follows up, and the customer is left completely in the dark.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid MyTrip. The moment something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Absolutely unacceptable for a company handling hundreds of dollars of customers’ money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an airline. I’ve been trying to get my refund for a long time and nobody seems to care or provide any real help. I was kept waiting on the phone forever with no explanation no update and no professionalism at all. The lack of communication and respect for customers is shocking. Completely unacceptable and exhausting to deal with. I would never recommend this airline to anyone after this experience.Do yourselves a favor and never book with them in your life!!

My flight was cancelled during Covid-19. MyTrip initially provided a voucher, but it was not usable on the platform despite several attempts and exchanges with customer service.
I therefore requested a refund. After several years, more than 20 follow-ups, contradictory answers and multiple promises from customer service, I still have not received my refund.
The case has now been escalated to the European Consumer Centre (ECC), and a report has also been submitted through SignalConso.
