Just like other reviews for this site, My PC order has been drug out for weeks. Web site states it is "In stock". Place the order, and next day get an email saying "Out of stock, but should be shipping in two weeks". Web site still says "In stock". At two weeks, get an email saying "Cannot get these from our manufacturer; working with them though." Web site still says "In stock". Screw it.
I ordered a Casio Classpad 400. Their website says it was IN STOCK when I ordered it. A full 24 hour hours passed when they emailed me saying Oh, it's not actually in stock! Their projected date of having one for shipment is in three weeks. They are LIARS. I will never buy from them again, and I suggest you don't either, unless that is you have an unlimited amount of time to wait for something....
They also have no military discount....
I just got a kick ass deal on a Dell LED 23" Monitor! Last week I called up and asked if they had any refurbished 23" LEDs available. I thought perhaps they know their inventory better than I do and my gamble paid off! They had 2 Monitors available and they got me an awesome deal. I got the shipping included in the price and my order was processed quickly. I just got them today and everything looks perfect, I'm really happy and ready to get to work setting them up.
Man I was SCARED! I got a call from UPS saying my package was damaged. The first thing on my mind was "What? I need this computer for school work" and started to freak out. I called Seaboom and got ahold of a supervisor who calmed me down and told me if there was anything damaged they would help get it replaced no questions asked. It took me a while but I got to the UPS facility to try and see if the package was as bad as I thought. The out side box had a hole in it - but the foam covered it nicely!! My pc is flying and I'm really happy with the service I got.
