Great product and service
Really easy online ordering system and product arrived on the estimated delivery date. Product arrived in perfect condition and appears top quality. Measurements were spot on, not even 1mm variance.
I wasn't at home when it arrived, but it was unpackaged and left carefully placed.
I actually wasn't sure exactly when it would arrive as the estimated delivery date was specified in the initial order confirmation and it did arrive on that date, although I assumed I might receive an update with confirmed delivery date which wasn't the case. So overall great service and will use again. The only improvement would have been getting confirmation of delivery date.

Easy to use website
The website was very easy to use and listed numerous options for glass thickness and finishes. The double glazed units are very competitively priced providing you can wait the 3 weeks or so for standard delivery. The delivery driver was brilliant, unloading the units in the middle of a heat wave and bringing them to the door.

Item delivered promptly and in good condition. Only 4 stars given because delivery person left item on front doorstep but door bell did not ring and no text message received to inform me of delivery on Tuesday. Eventually text message was received 2 days later on Thursday.

The website read well and was easy to navigate , this was my first time replacing a failed unit , after supplying the measurements and allowing for tolerances ( given by sealed units ) I was given an arrival date which was duly kept ,the quality was excellent and it fitted like a glove 👌I have several windows to replace and I shall be using sealed units online for the job , highly recommend this company .

Poor service
Poor service. Initial delivery glass was scratched. Replacement delayed a number of times. Email and calls ignored. Delivered replacement a month later, they left the scratched glass and left another piece of glass that had damage. It’s cost me £100 to get rid of these 2 pieces of damaged glass they dumped on me. Ridiculously poor, I would not recommend

Good unit, less than great comms.
It was easy to order the unit and the price was competitive. It did take a long time to arrive about four weeks. I rang the office mid time and left a message on the machine, but nobody responded. However I received a quick response to a pushy email and it was delivered next day. I fitted the unit last week and am pleased with the quality and the fit, mm perfect.
In summary: Good product at a decent price but could improve communications.

Ordered a couple of replacement units for our cottage. The sizing had changed slightly since the original panes were fitted, they were great in helping with that.
The units themselves were great quality and perfect for our needs and fitted like a glove.
