Rented a property from Walker Jarvis on Windmill Street in Gravesend back in 2006. For thirteen and a half years that I have been with them, they (Warren Jaggs & Sean Cahill) have been absolutely brilliant. They are very understanding, professional in the service they provide and very efficient.

A friend from the real estate industry recommended Sealey's to me when I was moving out of the area and needed to rent my flat. The Lettings Department were extremely helpful and professional and kept me up to date at all times on viewings, paperwork and they found a suitable tenant for the flat really quickly which was a bonus. I decided to let them take full control of the rental because I lived a few hours away so it wasn't easy for me to sort issues out. This was very reasonably priced and well worth it. When the tenant gave notice after two years I decided to sell my property. Of course they seemed the natural choice as they knew the property, knew me by that time and I was very happy with the service I'd received so far. Again, on the sales side they were very professional and friendly - you get the impression they do not have a high turnover of staff which is always good because it basically means that everyone knows their jobs inside out and therefore the business flows much better.
It was also nice NOT to have a typical 'salesman' on the phone giving you all the usual banter you've heard a million times before (bonus point for this). Sealey's did not disappoint and my property sold very quickly, within two days!!! It was all very professional, I was updated every step of the way, I had a good rapport with Adam in the Sales team as well as Debbie who quickly stepped in when Adam was on leave and I needed some information urgently. Everyone I have dealt with there have been fantastic to be fair and I'd definitely recommend them for both rentals and sales. Thank you so much Sealey's, great work!

The team are so so helpful in every way. Their replies are extremely fast and they’re always available for advice. My moving in was very smooth because of their hard work and effort into providing me with everything I need.

Sealey’s really helped me when I needed a home the most. They were so dedicated and determined in finding me and my new born baby our little haven but most of all they were caring, thoughtful & kind in every way. The whole team went above & beyond, exceeded all my expectations! I could not thank you all enough. Every single one of you have been amazing but the biggest thank you has to go to Elliot and Olivia, without you two my home wouldn’t be my home. We bought a house through Sealeys and had such a good experience with Debbie and the team that we ended up selling another house through the company, along with letting out another property through the lettings department.
