Smooth process, lovely staff who are very accommodating and always available and happy to help!

Couple weeks ago me and my family we just moved in one off the property what Sealeys its giving to us for rent. things started very simply, we met Olivia, the agent representing the rental agency, a very nice person. a person who knows how to speak very nicely and respectfully. we were very happy, we applied and we got accepted for the rent. everything went very organized and simple all the staff for Agency it was maket very easy all the process. a great recommendation for the Sealeys agency. After being in our previous rented property for quite afew years and dealing with the issues it had sealeys were fantastic when they took over. Unfortunately we had to move due to a major problem with the property but sealeys couldnt have been more helpful in helping us find a new home in a nearby area they made sure we got exactly what we needed and sorted all the paperwork rather quickly without any issues. The whole team are extremely helpful and polite and always a phone call or email away if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Have recently completed a purchase though Sealeys which was a difficult experience due to the management agents of the property I was buying being a bit difficult. At the end of 2021 we decided sell a property in Longfield that we had been renting. We chose Sealey Walker Jarvis to market the property because they had been managing the property for the past 18 years and we had always been very happy with their service.
The sale went like a dream. It went on the market in April. By the end of the month there were five credible offers. The sale was completed in July. Through this time Debbie and her colleagues in sales kept us in touch with what was happening, and pursued the solicitors to minimise any delays and even read the meters.
They also sorted out any problems. I'll give one example. During the sale there was a partial blockage of the drains, which prevented the buyers' surveyor from determining the run of the drains. Debbie magicked up drainman, who quickly cleared the blockage and put a camera down the drains to determine which way they ran. And all for the cost of a couple of hours' labour.
It has been one of the features of Sealey's service: they have always been able to recommend local traders who do good quality work at a reasonable cost. My experience with Sealeys was really great: so I'd like to give them six stars.

Great customer service. The whole system run smoothly and Holy and the rest of the team at Sealeys where always happy to help.
