I have been meaning to leave a review for a while, I have been so happy with my hair since Holly as been cutting and colouring it. She is very talented at her job and has really given me a boost. All the ladies in there are lovely, friendly and polite and the head massage with the shampoo is very nice. Good at recommending treatments and products that suit your hair type, that i have found have made a difference too. Thank you, Catherine.

I've had a couple of bad haircuts at a well known hairdressers in Wimbledon so i decided to try Seanhanna and made an appointment with Molly. After a couple of snips with her magic scissors I walked out overjoyed that she managed to put it right. On Saturday 8th February i went back and Molly put some baby streaks in my hair which again I was more than happy with. Thank you Molly. You're a star.

Abbie has been doing my hair for over a year now and more. She is amazing she is good with conversation includes herself with the team and Is never intrusive. I go back to have my hair done because she cuts and colours my hair the way I like it. She is an asset to Sean Hanna. She is a true professional x plus she is always there at 8am thankyou

Another great visit to Sean Hanna, Worcester Park. The staff are always polite and very helpful. I always have Amy cut my hair, her cutting techniques are the best and my hair always lasts ages until the style grows out

Karen was extemely helpful telling me which was the best shampoo for my hair. Great salon, friendly staff would recommend!

Best hair dressers , would never think of going any where else. Been coming to Lloyd and Tom for over 15 years for all my treatments, cuts hair healthcare and other hair services. They have a great range of excellent products to help maintain your hair in between visits . They have brilliant customer service and everyone is so lovely in the salon . Would highly Recomended them they are based in Wimbledon !

April from the Wimbledon Branch did a wonderful job of colouring my hair. I was very pleased with the result. A couple of weeks previusly she had cut my hair and I was equally as pleased with that. I am always a bit nervous of going to the hairdressers after a few bad experiences but April gave me exactly what I was after.

Canary wharf branch- had a wash cut and blow dry with a stylist. Wanted my hair restyled but came out looking exactly the same only couple of inches shorter. She didnt wash my hair properly just kept rubbing at the top of my head so had a bad smell whilst blow drying as it does when you apply heat to unwashed hair. Other people in the salon even commented on the smell! Terrible, what a waste of money! Had to come home and wash my hair properly.

This is a First-class Salon with a Great Team!
As usual, I received such an adorable welcome from Karen who works in front of the house.
Then, I met Rachel who took care of my long hair in a fantastic way. Rachel is very Talented and Professional stylist.
Before meeting Rachel I was always afraid to ask for a cut for my long hair. In the past sometimes I have received a cut of length longer than I expected.
With Rachel cannot happen. She knows perfectly how much to cut and what to do. She is AMAZING!
In addition, this time I asked for a cut a little different from my previous cut. She made a fantastic cut that makes me look younger. I am so happy. Thanks so much!
I highly recommend this First-class Salon in Cambridge.

A special thank you to Maria. She is a first class professional. My hair was ruined by another salon. Horrible colour and bad cut. I was in despair. Maria through her magical touch and expertise fixed my colour and transformed me! It took 3 hours but she was resilient, wonderful and determined to help me! And she did! Maria is a haircare genius! Sean Hannah is now the only place to be for me.

A special thank you to Punam who makes sure salon runs like a clockwork. She is kind, professional, friendly and bubbly. Her smile brightens up the place.

Bad - hair was cut too short and CHUNKS were taken out layers - thinking scissors should have been used. Hair is now patchy and will take a couple of years to regrow. Hair dryer should have been put on a lower heat as it was burning scalp. Asked for a stylist and graduate stylist was given. Stylist would benefit from more training and shadowing. Have gone from loving my hair to counting on the days it will I’ll grow back for a re-cut. Would not recommend or use again

I have had the WORST experience with this salon today, I have taken my daughter who is almost 3 here twice before to get her hair cut which have both been fine and a lovely cut, this time round was AWFUL, I asked the hairdresser to take a small amount off the ends so I could still tie my daughters hair back, my daughters hair was below her shoulders so quite long. She begins cutting and then after a while has realised my daughter was slouching so her hair is shorter one side then the other! My daughter isn’t even 3 yet so slouching is something you would expect and look out for!,she says to me she can even it out which would mean it would all be a lot shorter, I said I wasn’t happy and I asked for a little off which she now has half the hair cut off as it sits just below her chin!! She then tells me this is her first kids cut which is something I think you should be told beforehand! She then gets the senior to come over and fix it best she can, which now means my daughters hair is shorter at the front then the back as I wouldn’t let them cut the back any shorter, I get stylists need to be trained but then you should be told before hand that they haven’t done a kids cut before and maybe have someone watch them?? I wasn’t charged for the cut which I wouldn’t of paid for anyway, but my daughter is left with an awful hair cut which I no will grow back but it’s really not the point!

Have been really nervous about going into a salon as it's not possible to social distance. However, was pleased to see the employees wearing masks the whole time and screens up. People were spaced out and I was assured they all do a lateral flow test every day. Felt very safe and my hair looks lovely as well!

It was my first time in years that i decided to go to a hairdresses as i never had good experiences with them before. It was my first time dying my hair and i was a bit nervous but Rachel in Cambridge did an amazing job with the balayage and the staff were amazing. Will definitely go back

My first experience at the Putney salon was great a couple of years ago.

This time I paid £75 asked to get rid of the split ends and give it a shape but not the length. Now I have choppy hair that doesn't look nice, the lengths are all uneven and I hate it. They offered me a horrible coffee. I felt unwelcome and looked down upon. There were no product recommendations for my hair or any thing of value.

Booked a haircut and blow dry few days ago at the Wimbledon salon during my lunch break.
I love my haircut however everything else about my experience was unpleasant: -
1. I arrived dead on time but entered almost soaking wet (even though I had an umbrella it was pouring cats and dogs so it couldn’t save me a lot) and everyone from the staff was looking at me as if I am a horrible person.
2. Sat almost 10 mins until they invited me for my hair wash.
3. The brush that was used to brush through my wet hair was extremely sharp for my scalp and it hurt me a lot. I didn’t want to act rude and tried to get my head away from the brush thinking my message will be received but no such luck.
4. Almost no attention to me as a customer - there was another lady who had some high profile hair treatment done and every 5 minutes I was being left so they can go and check on her and give further instructions. For a £50 haircut you’d expect a little more dedicated and personalised experience!! Further to this I was expecting that a simple trim would take no more than 40-45 mins but little did I know I’d stay there 1h30 - absolutely ridiculous!
5. Hairdresser’s nails were quite sharp and every time she was sectioning my hair and was grabbing pieces of my hair her nails were scratching quite strongly my neck. Super ikky.

Disgusting behaviour from manager! Please avoid this place. Worst salon experience ever. Never had customer service like this anywhere

I had a wash ,cut and blow dry with Meghan from the Sutton branch.Not the most pleasant young woman.I was not even offered a drink and she almost burned my scalp with the hairdryer.It was a decent cut.However,I would not be returning anytime soon.

I went there last week wanted haircut with colour, haircut. Ended up with awful colour (it’s a shame I can’t post pictures) nothing what I wanted and when I told the hairstylist she said at least its even next time have a half head. My hair is light brown instead of blond where she put the blond I have a live by the routes which is brown and haircut is okish but definitely not with £250 . That’s definitely not the service I expected. I used to go there often never again and if u want better service avoid them!

I visited the Canary Wharf branch. The stylist was personable but cut my hair too short after I requested it be kept long and let her know I was growing it. I didn’t check reviews in advance it seems other customers have had similar difficulties. I won’t be returning.
