Disaster haircut by Yunior. He did NOT listen to me. I showed him a picture of a girl with long hair. I have long hair but he cut what can only be described as a bob over some long bits at the back. He also cut my long bits at different levels. So I have one side 2 inches longer than the other. I have been left with mismatched layers above ear length. My hair was down to my bra. A total disgrace. Also since when was it customary to give a massage with the shampoo in and not the conditioner ? I am absolutely furious. I thought, wrongly that Sean Hanna was a well established hairdresser with well trained staff. When I complained the receptionist was very quick to offer a refund. I suspect that YUNIOR has had no training and I suggest that Sean Hanna only let STYLISTS on the floor when they have graduated. The worst £65 I ever spent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. be careful with your hair, go to a reputable hairdresser!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the Sutton branch and they have removed my review! Young stylist so rude and inexperienced would not listen to me she wanted to put a toner on for the extra £15. Deliberately burnt my scalp with highlights, I looked like a badger laughed about me to her colleagues absolutely horrible experience

I visited Sean Hanna in Wimbledon and my stylist was Maisy.

Maisy was so friendly and professional and she gave me an exceptional haircut, one of the best I have had before.

I really recommend Maisy as a stylist and I’ll definitely be using Maisy from now on.

Expensive for a bad uneven haircut. Curls had fallen out before i had even paid despite being told they would last longer than the wavy blow dry I had requested. Had to completely wash and dry again myself at home

Sutton branch. Why I bothered paying £40
rather than going my usual barbers is beyond me. Guy left me looking like a hedgehog. Didn’t have a clue. Tried to style my hair again it’s natural flow.

Friendly staff - the only plus but you’d hope for that anyway.

Far from the colourist professionals they advertise themselves to be at the Canary Wharf branch. I thought I had picked a reputable place to get my hair coloured for the first time. I was wrong. I paid almost £200 for a waste of time and money on a colour that isn’t even visible. I returned for advice and to rectify the colour but was approached by defensive members of staff who refused to provide the service I had paid for. Needless to say I will not be back. What a con.

Both times I have visited the salon in Sutton I have had a great experience. I had a balayage the first time, followed by cut and blowdry and then the second time, full head highlights and cut and blowdry (colour with Amy and cut with Matt). They really listen to what you want and both times my hair has come out great, and I get plenty of compliments. I would recommend friends and family :)

the worst hair salon experience of my life. i had been going to sean hanna in canary wharf for years. i decided i wanted a change from my bright blonde to more of a ‘dirty’ blonde. well my hair turned out almost jet black. it was a disaster. i went home devastated. when i returned to the salon two weeks later to ask for a refund they refused. they offered me a free blow dry. i had paid over £120 for the new colour. their excuse was i hadn’t complained on the day - but i was too embarrassed/horrified and just wanted to get home and put a hat on, so all i said was “oh it’s a bit dark” Never again!

Im quite happy with the wash & blowdry I have every few weeks here.
They've recently put their prices up, if they do again I'm sure I will have to cut down the frequency of my appointments or find somewhere else.
Overall a very friendly and relaxing experience, for a little while.

I would highly recommend Sean Hanna Worcester Park. Taylor always does a really good job with the Cut and the Colour. She is very professional and a perfectionist, great for her clients. All the staff are very helpful and friendly- a great Salon!
