We booked a cruise with Celebrity…
We booked a cruise with Celebrity Cruises on line with Seascanner and we were very pleased as we saved around £200. We subsequently decided to upgrade our cabin to Concierge class from balcony. Naomi called me in response to my email and explained that some concierge cabins had restricted balcony views and they couldn’t guarantee me one with a full view. She was extremely helpful and we discussed the possibilities and decided to stay with our existing booking. We had paid extra to ensure we had an unrestricted view so this was the best decision for us. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. In future I will book all cruises through them.

It’s so easy to book your cruise…
It’s so easy to book your cruise through Seascanner. Whether you know exactly which cruise line, ship or dates you want to cruise or just want to browse for an itinerary that suits you, booking couldn’t be easier.
We knew we wanted to go with P&O on Arvia and we chose the dates that suited us. The price for different cabin options was much cheaper than going directly to P&O and you can still use your Peninsular Club number to receive any relevant discount. As the departure for our booking is quite soon we paid the balance in full. Had it been a booking several months away we would have only paid the deposit and then the balance closer to departure.
We received confirmation from Seascanner by email as soon as we had completed the booking and were able to view it on the P&O website immediately to add excursions, drinks and WiFi as required.
We always use Seascanner for our Cruises and have always had excellent service.

Erin at seascanner customer services really has been a delight- nothing is too much trouble and she offered excellent advice regarding transfers and the cruise itself.
She has looked after us very well, promptly replying to emails and co-orindinating our flight times with disembarkation. An absolute credit to seascanner.

Customer service at it's very best!
Liz from Sea scanner support service was totally amazing. She put me at ease with my issue immediately and went over and above to resolve this for me. I felt safe in her hands from the moment our conversation started and I felt like I was talking to friend rather a member of staff. Used these guys, eventually,to book a first ever cruise.
After trying 7 other sites and finding them lagging, confusing or just absolute pants, I came across Seascanner. Co. UK
This was a far better experience than any of the 7 others and upon contacting them for the WiFi options on cruise ships, which somewhat oddly are an add on after booking, I was clear in the way forward? The rep even gave me a refund to save £35 using her name at the booking... Not a fortune but every penny really does help today.
Overall this company topped the others I had tried by far ( all were high Google listed!)
