9 emails! Conflicting info

9 emails! Conflicting information. Had confirmation email and it said e-tickets would be sent 24hrs prior to show. Kept checking but nothing said e-tickets enclosed. Got another email while travelling to venue saying e-tickets emailed and to download them before arriving - no email. Turned out the QR codes on original confirmation a week before were the actual tickets 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry that you had an issue with this booking, and that you felt that the emails were unclear and that you received too many of these.

We don’t seem to have an email from you in our help@seatplan.com inbox, but if you are ever having trouble with receiving e-tickets or require any clarification, it is best to reach out to us here in the first instance so that we can assist.

Customers should receive a confirmation email from us, then a second email with the e-tickets attached from the ticketing provider, which can have the barcodes embedded depending on the provider. If a booking has ticket protection attached, these barcodes will initially be blurred out and will be unlocked 24 hours before the show begins. We’re very sorry if this was unclear from the emails.

As a ticketing aggregate, the e-tickets are issued by the ticketing providers who fulfil the booking, and so how these are issued varies depending on the provider. We’re currently working on adding some information to our website to make how e-tickets are sent and presented from each provider clearer for our customers.

We hope you still enjoyed the show despite these issues.

Ok seat, good value for money

The seat was ok. I was able to view most of the stage but I had to lean forward during some scenes. Not bad for the price though, I think it was good value for money.
I went to Stereophonic and it was awesome, hence the 5*. I booked it last min without knowing anything about the plot or the production and it turned out to be one of the best I saw this year. I would recommend it

Perfect view.Every actors gave us a amazing show.My child is so curious that he even wants to know what the actors are doing behind the scenes and what it’s like there. We sincerely hope to have another opportunity to attend a performance in the future.All staffs are very friendly.

Excellent customer service

The website is very easy to use and the ability to 'see' the view from your seat is very helpful. Compared with other sites, the image was larger and clearer. However where SeatPlan excelled was when I realised a week or so later that I hadn't received a confirmation. Having searched all junk and spam folders I realised that I had probably made a typo on my email address. I contacted their online help and once I had confirmed that payment for the tickets had gone through, the matter was very swiftly resolved -my error was identified and corrected, the booking references sent through so I could now log in and look at my booking and very soon after, the actual tickets were sent through by the booking company. Thank you Nic. It's very reassuring to have a named person handling the enquiry and then very effectively resolving it with patience and courtesy. Really excellent customer service which is quite rare these days.

It was so helpful to see what the visa omitted was from the seats we originally wanted to get. As a result we bought very different seats and we were very pleased.
