SeatPlan aggregate deals via our trusted ticketing providers, which means that our maps show tickets that the theatre supplies to these ticketing providers. When this notification pops up it is a rule set by the venue itself, requiring that the seats be purchased individually - for various reasons - and we unfortunately cannot override this on our end.

Helpful human (not chatbot!) on the end of an email who totally sorted my problem
I had a panic about not having an email for a group booking of tickets which cost a lot of money. I was very frustrated with a chatbot which told me to call a number which is now closed. Desperate, I emailed the address for help supplied by Seatplan and it was picked up quickly by Nic who was very responsive, helpful and human. I discovered that I had two accounts under different emails. The problem was sorted and I felt I was not alone. Thank you, Nic!
