Alexandra at Sebright Property Management saves the day

We had an issue with our flats that was left till the last minute as we were unsure how to proceed. I contacted Alexandra at Sebright. She understood the issue and swung into action, keeping us informed along the way. After several weeks of not knowing what to do, one phonecall to Alexandra and the situation was resolved in 24 hours and all parties informed.
She was calm and organised and easy to talk to. Many thanks to Alexandra at Sebright Property Management.

Having experienced appalling estate…

Having experienced appalling estate management at our development over the last 10 years from a previous set of dishonest and incompetent managers, I am very pleased with the arrival of Abbie from Sebright.

She listens to leaseholders respectfully, is efficient and responsive, and is clearly committed to making the development a great place to live.

The development was not left in the best state by either the developers or the previous management company, so there is understandably a lot of work to be done. However, I have every confidence in Abbie and Sebright to put things in order over time and deliver the improvements residents have been waiting for.

I highly recommend Sebright

I highly recommend Sebright. Stuart has responsibility to manage our block of flats, is approachable, professional and always listens to any concerns.
Today another firm contacted them as theyd identified that my personal account had been compromised. Benn phoned me immediately as i was known to him, followed by Alex, their quick action and geniune concern was a hugh relief.
It is so refreshing to deal with a company who care and have good judgement and commonsense.
They provide real peace of mind...grateful thanks

Yvonne, Mani, and Benn are stars of Sebright Property Management team. Benn understands the legal and practical aspects of matters. Yvonne is excellent communicator, gets things done, and Mani is not only responsive but has great attention to detail.

We have been working with Sebright Property Management Ltd since Sep 2025 and had excellent experience so far; and i am confident that this working relationship will continue years to come.

Fantastic Management

I've lived in a property managed by Sebright for a number of years now and am really impressed with the level of care and efficiency shown in the upkeep and maintenance of the block.

Any issues are quickly resolved, and staff members, in particular, Abbie - is excellent. Thank you

I am writing this review as I've never seen such a quick response from any property manager I spoke before. I called Abbie with 2 issues at one of the properties we manage and she was all over it on the same day, communicating with various stakeholders and third parties to resolve the issue. She then updated me constantly. It's great! Thank you for a job well done!

Terrible Experience with Sebright…

Terrible Experience with Sebright Property Management**

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Sebright Property Management. Our apartment building has only one elevator, which has been out of service for about ten days due to a water pump failure in the basement. With eight floors and many families with young children living here, this situation is unacceptable.

Many residents, including those with back pain and other health issues, are unable to use the stairs. I have called the office daily, only to be met with rudeness and aggression. One day they claim the engineer is on holiday, the next I’m told they have placed a parts order that hasn’t arrived. Every day brings a new excuse, and I can never get a straight answer about when the repairs will be completed.

This is an emergency request! There are over 100 24-hour service companies in London that could have addressed this issue promptly. I cannot recommend Sebright to anyone due to their unprofessional behavior and poor customer service.

Dear D MsV,

The lift is out of order because there was a water leak into the lift shaft and it damaged the control panel (GECB LV processor board). The leak was stopped and we installed a sump pump into the base of the lift shaft with an alarm unit. This will prevent the problem from reoccurring.

The lift Company (Emerald Lifts) attended on the day that that the lift broke down. They were unable to put the lift back into working order because they needed to order the control panel. They ordered the panel and intend on installing it as soon as it arrives.

I hope that you understand that the lift (just like a car) has moving parts and will sometimes break down. This is not something that Sebright can control. In this instance there was a leak into the shaft which was unforeseeable.

Emerald Lifts are a good outfit and attend to problems quickly but when the part needs to be ordered then there is nothing that can be done until it arrives.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and your family over the school holidays however I hope that you will recognise that this is not Sebright's fault and remove your 1 star review.

Sebright Property Management are Excellant

Sebright Property Management are brilliant. Super professional, reliable and always on hand. They are a great management Company who go above and beyond. Stuart Burchell is a great asset to the company, he is exceptional, person of integrity and reliability who possess outstanding interpersonal qualities. Their support and professionalism with 24/7 care is amazing. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. You are in very safe hands with Sebright MGT Company I highly recommend their company services across the baord and especially Stuart for all of his hard work and commitment over the years

I’ve had a genuinely excellent experience with Sebright and Abbie Jones as my property manager. She has been incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional throughout. Any issues I’ve raised have been handled promptly and efficiently, which has made a real difference.

It’s rare to come across someone so proactive and reliable — Abbie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is resolved smoothly.

Honestly, a five-star experience from start to finish. She’s the best, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Excellent Service and Quick Response



I recently contacted Abbie Jones the management regarding black stains on the carpet at the entrance of my apartment. I had previously tried to clean them myself without success, and due to ongoing health issues, I was unable to resolve the problem on my own.

The manager responded very quickly and arranged for professional cleaning. The result was excellent — the carpet now looks as clean as new.

I truly appreciate the prompt action, professionalism, and efficiency in handling my request. Thank you for the great service!

Abotsford Court Property Management

Having dealt with several changes of Property Manager at our flat, it's refreshing to have a person willing to deal with matters but answer the phone with a polite and cheerful manner.

Since Sebright has taken on this contract, they have been proactively engaged and more than happy to speak with us regarding any issues.

Abbie the property manager was incredibly helpful, I also have had great interaction with Benn when sorting matters regarding the EWS1 and Fire reguakitons forthe building.

Excellent Manager

Sebright are a new property management company looking after a development I own a flat in. The property manager, Abbie Jones, is exceptionally fast to respond, and in my experience to date, very much solution-focused and understanding of client needs. She’s a breath of fresh air.

Abbie was extremely helpful, and always easy to communicate with, which is extremely important from a landlord points of view.
