The product arrived relatively promptly and the packaging appeared lovely with dried flowers included. It was also really soft, comfortable and also obviously well cared for. Overall, everything was great.

Fantastic customer service and communication. Affordable luxury reducing textile waste.
Only slight down side is that garments pictures on hangers look different when worn on a person.

Wow, I’m seriously impressed with Second Cashmere. I have two cashmere jumpers, one Jigsaw and one Brora, both of which have recently succumbed to moths. The Brora one is fairisle pattern and so especially tricky. Lotti has done an amazing job on both of them, they look good as new. Service was so friendly and the end result impeccable. Thank you! x

I seen Second Cashmere hot water bottle covers in a little shop in Glasgow n soon as I came home I looked through their website n ordered the perfect colour for my mum. You would never think it was made from a second hand jumper as the quality was exceptional n the cashmere even smelled amazing, so fresh! My first order got lost in the post n Lotti was so helpful n sent me out a new one on tracked 24 with Royal Mail, she was just fab. Couldn’t recommend them n their products enough!
