Friendly and helpful when purchasing.
However, the phone arrived to me with a fault.
I sent it back for repair.
They noted that the screen was damaged. This was indeed damage that I had caused; a long scratch.
But the reason for the return was that the phone shut down every time I used the camera.
Upon receipt of my phone (which I had owned for 2 months) they declared that I had voided the warranty because the screen was damaged, accepting no responsibility at all for the fact that the phone did not work properly.
They wanted £9.00 to return the phone to me.
When I eventually got around to this they informed me that they had destroyed the phone, as per the terms of their warranty.
I didn't believe them ("It would have been destroyed", not, it has definitely been destroyed).
Why destroy a phone you can easily fix it and make another £95?
If they do destroy phones then that's a sad waste of materials.
I would not recommend purchasing used phones from this company and I wish I hadn't done so.
