Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the website, encountering issues like error codes and a general feeling of sketchiness. Customers frequently report problems with the pricing structure, finding the site extremely expensive due to the credit system required for every interaction. Additionally, the payment process itself was a source of frustration, with unexpected charges and difficulties purchasing credits. Reviewers also expressed significant dissatisfaction with the response time from the company, often receiving no replies to their inquiries. However, some customers also noted that they had met genuine individuals through the site and believed some profiles were real. A few other people also felt that the site still had genuine members, and some had even made good connections, though they acknowledged that the percentage of real profiles seemed to be decreasing.

AVOID

AVOID. The website is full of fake profiles, accounts that want to sell you their photos/videos (they never meet you) or girls who ignore you completely. In order for men (like myself) to message the girls on the platform, you have to buy the credits and end up wasting them for those accounts. I also need to highlight that there are a lot of girls asking for PPM (Pay Per Meet) meaning it is a form of prostitution.

Worst site and a total waste of money

Worst site and a total waste of money. You will be charged to send messages for which you will never get a response. You will have the alleged girls say hi, you'll write back and will never hear another word from them. Customer service is absolutely horrible and they will shut down your account if you ask them to improve their service. Seems like they just take the money until you figure them out and then they drop you when you make an inquiry. For those daring enough to risk their money, you can't use a prepaid card and the statement that you can use bitcoin comes with zero instructions. It's not worth it anyway. Don't waste your money.

I have a feeling the profiles are VERY OLD.

I have a feeling the profiles are VERY old or something is wrong with the profiles, Like they are real pics but attached to bots... Why? because for every 100 profiles contacted, I got ONE response back, and that one response was lukewarm at best.
They want to text back and forth only, never meeting up even thos they claimed they lived only 10 miles from me..How much does it cost to send out `100 solicitations at 50 cents per message? Correct. EXPENSIVE. $50...considering a 1% response rate . CANNOT recommend this site at all . I pulled the plug at $100. Thats 200 messages... They wanted me to pump in more $.. I said hell to the no. Met only 3 ladies thru TEXT only for $100. ( they didnt want to meet in person). What a scam- what a sham..

Most profiles are fake.

I have been on the site for a couple of months. Most of the ladies I have emailed reply with the fact that they like me so much they have given me access to their pics. (Which will cost me credits to see! ). Therefore most of the profiles are fake. Only two proper responses in about 40 emails sent. At least 25 replies from fake profiles asking me to review their pics and then nothing. Be aware that most profiles are fake.

Protect yourselves!

Site filled full of bots and fake profiles, robbed me of my money, closed my account and took the tokens, refuse to respond via customer service email, I have reported them to Action Fraud Online, they need to be investigated and shut down, please save yourselves the trouble and avoid. sugardaddy.co.uk, secretbenefits, luxurydate are all part of the same group.

This site is a scam and pathetic in…

This site is a scam and pathetic in effort from the people operating it. This site is a site for older men to meet younger women. there is no membership to interact with females you just purchase coins 100 coins costs $59.00 us. Once you create a profile you can navigate the site and the women's profiles. Imediately women start sending you messages. In order to read these messages you must unlock them with coins 10 coins. This is the minimum amount to do anything on this site. 10 coins to unlock private photos 10 coins to unlock answers to special questions they post. When you unlock messages you and this woman now have unlimited messaging. I unlocked a few and heres part of the pathetic lack of effort every message was the womans profile tag line if her line was "are you looking for fun" that wasthe message you got. After responding to thses women who suppositly sent me a message none responded. but for another 10 coins ($5.90 us) i could check to see if she read my message. If you want to see a womens private photos you request it if she grants you permission it now costs you another 10 coins. every women i responded to didnt message back but granted me permission to see her private photos without me asking to see them. Once again pathetic effort the private7 photos are not anything explicit dont expect to see these women in lingerie or naked because these are the same photos you can see on their profiles. I'm finding that if you need to purchase coins to communicate with members save your money its a scam site I'm yet to find one that isnt. Since I wrote this and they reviewed it the company gave me a full refund though.

Still searching

I’m a plus size SB looking for a legit SD. All of the sites are scams looking to get money out of people and most of the profiles are either bots or scammers trying to get more money. Where is a good place to meet someone anymore?

Scammy sister sites - SB and SD

Site is predominantly populated with fake profiles of relatively attractive women to lure you into spending cash to read their messages. There are real women on the site, but they are delusional average women thinking they are 10s when on their best day, they can barely rise to a 5. Then there are the heffers…. All told I have dozens of contacts, lots of first time messages and secret albums to separate me from funds and nothing comes from it. Sugar Daddy and Secret Benefit uses same business model and same female profiles. Save your money, these sites lure you in to get you to fork over the dough and deliver nothing.

This place is a huge scam

This place is a huge scam. Between the sea of fake accounts that message you once and never again to the out rageous prices they charge for anything. They also don't tell you that they charge in us currency so. If you're Canada Ian, good luck. They charge ten credits just to speak to someone, works out to be roughly $7. Oh she sent you a picture? Ten credits. Want to unlock her secret pics? Ten credits. Such a massive scam and cash grab

All Fake

I called them out on all the fake profiles and they kicked me off the site. They did refund my money but the site really sucked. The women would reply to you but never commit to anything and most did not know what city they were in or where i was.

Unethical treatment of customers

It is true, as many other reviews confirm, that many of the profiles on Secret Benefits are fake. Customers buy credits to use the site, and customers spend those credits contacting fake accounts. It is free money for the company. It should be illegal. But my review is actually about how SB is part of a network of sugar daddy websites, which all use the exact same database. If you sign up to one site, your profile is displayed across all their sites. This is not advertised. You wouldn't know unless you make the mistake of signing up to another sugar daddy website - especially if you are frustrated by all the fake accounts on SB. So I made an account on another sugar daddy site, realised I spent money twice for the same product and asked to be refunded, as this was basically false advertising and a breach of consumer rights. I was refunded, but started experiencing billing issues on my original account. Apparently they had identified me as a fraud risk with their payment provider and I had to prove my identity to have the block removed. After doing so, I still couldn't credit my account with SB. They have now told me that I have been permanently blocked across their entire network of websites "because I requested a refund in the past". I disputed this (respectfully, of course), because it feels unethical to be punished for legally exercising my consumer rights when it's SB breaking the law. They simply haven't responded. In short, if you want to use Secret Benefits or any of their network of sugar daddy websites, don't contact their customer services. Ever. About anything. Let them trample over your rights as a consumer, because otherwise they will accuse you of fraud, ban you for life and continue to operate their business unethically without you.

I doubt it

Exactly, What everyone else has been saying that posted a negative review. I doubt very seriously that there are any real women on here. As I have messaged these women after receiving an initial message and have yet to receive a reply back from any of these women. They temp you into buying credits to spend on "secret" pictures that are just as mundane as the public ones. They want you to buy credits to open messages from new women that message you, and buy credits to send messages that women do not respond to. This is indeed a scam. Go somewhere else for a better experience.

Its definitely a scam to get you to buy credits.

So I thought I would give this site a try. I believe many of the profiles are real but many are not. I created a profile with no pics. I instantly received about 10 responses wanting me to reply. The initial entry fee to reply to anyone is $59.00 for 100 credits. Then after that is gone its $89.00 for 200 credits. 500 for $169 and 2000 for $289. uh ya.. Expensive. Another clue that something is "off". I contacted a woman and gave her my email in my reply because why should I keep paying 10 credits for each text? A few days go by and I thought she wasn't interested which is no big deal. But then I get a response from her. Not a text response but permission to view her extra pics that were locked from anyone seeing those pics in her profile. They are basically scantily clad pics of her. Thats part of the scam for the site. I never requested to unlock those pics. The site did it. Its an automated way to keep you in fake conversation to buy more credits. I tried another profile and the same thing happened. The only thing that makes sense is that this site pays women to do that OR the site itself using fake profiles. One profile has the video verification which makes me think they pay the women. I still don't have my pic on my profile. And by the way? It is a "SD/SB" site which is what I expected but.... just beware.
I would like to update this posting and share the latest. I used up my last credit and logged in the next morning to see if I had any responses. They seemed to have updated the site and all my previous messages and favorites are gone. When I search for those women that I previously contacted they do not show up in the search. I then went back to my email and opened a profile that favorited me and all my previous communications and favorites are there BUT my profile name is gone. Its as though they delete your history. This site seems setup to trick you into buying credits. Why else would they delete all my previous favorites and messages? And the company is located in Cyprus so thats a huge red flag.

Multiple profiles

Multiple profiles and plenty of messages, but girls always flake out when it's time to meet. This screams "fake" to me.

Update - The website figured out who I was through TrustPilot and deleted my profile. 12/5/2024

Update - I signed back up for a profile using a different email address. I have not received a single message and not a single profile visitor. The website operators must have "blacklisted" me somehow. 2/13/2025

scam site

scam site, 90% bots just trying to get you to interact because every interaction costs you money, the girls that are genuine just want to sell content or are prostitutes, save yourself the hassle and save your money, steer clear.

Has the potential to be a good website

Has the potential to be a good website, but they forgot to add women who exist.
They want more and more money for credits, yet considering I'm also on a different website where I get lots of correspondence, here nothing. Hmmmm
