Delicious and couldn't of been better!
I hired Chef Adam to cater a World Cup/Birthday party for my father-in-law. Adam was enthusiastic and eager to set the perfect menu. We worked together to combine an American and English "Tailgating" theme. All of the food which was a lot was beyond amazing! As my niece said best cheeseburger she has ever had. Adam was super reliable, easy to work with and extremely responsive. We were so happy we hired Adam again for a Christmas Dinner a week later...which was also insanely delicious (Wellington, roasted potatoes, sausage rolls (the best ever). I just wish Chef Adam lived in the States as I would have him cook for my parties all of the time! Top quality, high-end food and wonderful service ...plus he's a really great guy to work with. The best! Thanks Adam!

Adam came and cooked us dinner at a cabin we were staying in, start to finish he was so helpful, he allowed me to choose my own menu. The food was outstanding, it couldn’t have been tastier! Highly recommend, thanks so much Adam for making our weekend extra special!

Buffet Lunch
Adam created a wonderful buffet lunch spread for our Company Conference Day. The food was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely incredible! Fantastic feedback was received from everybody regarding the food, and we would recommend The Secret Sous Chef to anybody looking for catering!

Five star fish pies
Adam went to a great deal of trouble for my family birthday celebrations with a mixture of gluten free, dairy free and prawn free fish pies all of which were superb according to the diners. Not only was the food exceptional but his positive attitude and reasonable pricing made the whole experience a delight. Adam will most certainly have repeat business from me and my family.

Extra special dining experience
Adam was so professional, polite and pleasant, the food was outstanding, 5* without a doubt, everyone enjoyed the evening.
Adam left my kitchen clean and tidy and honestly was so discreet and professional when serving the food you hardly knew he was there.
We are excited to book Adam again soon for another great dining experience.
