Not the Official Sectigo Storefront
I assumed this was the official Sectigo storefront. I was wrong. I attempted to purchase a Code Signing Certificate & thankfully, I chose the Paypal payment option. Because the purchase errored-out upon returning to the storefront domain & could not complete successfully. I reached out to SectigoStore's email support, but had received no (human) response 24 hrs later. Thankfully, all I had was a pre-authorization charge on my card that disappeared 24 hrs later. Lesson learned. I'll get my Certificate elsewhere.

Most useless company yet?
As the other reviews suggest, their service is absolutely next to useless.
After finally receiving my SSL certificate, They mixed up my certificate with someone else's. It came under my name, but when you test the certificate, it's entirely different.
They have no customer support whatsoever, I've been trying to call them, all i get is someone who keeps telling me he can't hear me and please use the websites live chat. (Which is non existent)
Please do yourself a favor and get any other SSL.

This company is pretending to be sectigo but they are in-fact just resellers (rapid web services). The have stores pretending to be comodo too and probably others.
The service is next to worthless and support is non-existent. I would say its bordering on a scam.

I have been trying to renew my certificate unsuccessfully with them for almost a month now.
They give no feedback on problems or progress, their website is useless at communicating what the next step is, and I have no idea how to progress with them. I suspect their company management policy forbids them from reporting back to customers to keep costs down, so I can only push my case forward by wasting countless hours on their support phone.
