Being a cat lover and donating to the ASPCA I am happy to purchase the ASPCA cat checks. My only complaint is the pictures of the cats are a little too faint. I would love to see them more visible!

It was tricky when I ordered my checks that I somehow was charged for the Fraud Protection. I don't want this but there was no clear way.....until NOW via this survey, to request that this be removed and that my account receive a credit.

Ordering checks was very easy. I ordered checks on sale which were an excellent price. I used standard delivery and received checks in about a week. Very stastified.

printing of numbers/letters was correct but I paid a premium price for Anne Geddes designs and they were so light and faded looking that the pictures were indistinguishable...wish I had gotten a cheaper design or had ordered from another company

CIM used to be affordable but now has become more expensive than bank prices.

If you are going to give a discounted intro offer, that is the time to wow. I felt I was put at the bottom of the list just because I took your intro offer.

Everything is good with the checks & Service. However, I would have liked to have spelled out "Oregon" in my address, instead of "OR".

I especially liked the way the checks were mailed. They were discrete and
did not look like checks in the mail.

They are a little quicker than other companies I've used in the past that take several weeks to get new checks. I had these new ones delivered in about a week. The prices were decent and they always have coupons or offers.

As stated in title it was very easy to renew my check order on line. The checks were sent in a timely fashion in a nondescript packaging which deters theft. well done!!

Used the promo code in the Sunday newspaper's coupon books. The checks look great. Very good value.

I ordered what I thought was a box of inexpensive checks, but ended up only being one pad of checks for $3.99. That wasn't so bad, but to be charged $8.99 for a "secure handling fee" was ridiculous! They charge the same fee for one pad of checks and one box of checks. I likely will not order checks from this company again. Fee wasn't clearly explained.
