Wish i had read the reviews

Wish i had read the reviews . Placed 2 orders on the Friday , told 1 would be delivered next day (Saturday) of which it was , once it had been delivered the 2nd phone would be processed for delivery Sunday / Monday . Nothing Monday so called them and was asked if i had received an email asked for more identification from me ? I said no , the lady went on to say she would forward an email asking for a copy of my Drivers Licence . Not acceptable as they have address , name and payment and if i was told this when i ordered i would not have placed 2 phone orders . I also asked why i was not told this when i placed the orders and was told the sales team would not have known this information .... A sales team not knowing the process of what they are selling ???? NOT GOOD.

Not worth the effort

I've had 3 phones with this company and my experience with them keeps getting worse.
From a broken phone, delays and more, I didn't know what I'd get this time.

I had the first sales advisor get annoyed because I didn't want a call back (just looking for prices before I decide on the phone), second guy told me he can't change the prices which wasn't on the website (except I was given different ones due to a higher upfront cost).
That guy then spelt my name wrong on my direct debit so now I have to mess about because of it. I'm pretty sure he sold me the wrong item but I'm honestly past the point with this company.

I got told my phone would be sent out for pre-order day. Nope, day before told it was delayed a week. That was frustrating and I've gone through it before. Haven't you learnt from the previous releases?
Almost a week later I call back and I get told it's 2-4 weeks, didn't get emailed, I had to call for that!
Then some daya later I get THREE emails and THREE texts telling me my order is getting picked.
And then a ooh yeah sorry it's delayed, no stock.
Seriously?? You can't keep an idea of what stock you have?
I called the company countless times and I always had a different response.
I had to change the colour of my phone so I didn't have to keep waiting an extra month for the phone I was expected to have ages ago.

What a joke of a company!

Disgusting experience

Disgusting experience, do not buy from these. They sent us a faulty phone and wouldn't fix or exchange it! On contract too. Twice they sent it back saying no fault found. More info on my YouTube video: Kyle Reviews. Look for the video there.

order not received

I've placed order on 1st December 2023 and untill now haven't got the order, it's been 2 weeks already, order not showing any progress, despite the item I've ordered is not a pre-order

by the way, they are blaming that O2 are currently in the process of updating their computing platform to increase their security and processing abilities with their customers however when discussed with O2 they confirmed that no such update is carried out

not good experience at all, in future will avoid this webshop

Awful awful awful company. I don’t want a black iPhone 14 which is all they are offering me unless I want to pay almost £100 more. Scamming ridiculous company. Shame On Them.

Fraudulent activity

I bought an ‘As New’ iPhone 12 in May. Developed a fault in screen shortly after. I was told I needed an apple diagnostic report. I got this and discovered my phone was not ‘AsNew’ and had a non genuine screen (which had been poorly fitted)! This is a clear breech of contract and should have been resolved straight away. 8 weeks and numerous calls later I am still without a phone and paying over £25 a month for a contract I can’t use. I have been promised it would be sorted on every call, never is. Promised manager will call- they never have. Phone is returned, I had to pay for this and promised cost will be refunded- it hasn’t been. Latest is they say I didn’t return charging cable- it never came with one. Now refusing to send a new phone. I have asked for either a replacement phone or cancels contract. They promise the world then ignore you. My next step is legal action via offer and my credit card provider. This is fraudulent and will also be reported to trading standard but be warned, they really don’t care!

Do not use them

Do not use them ! Ordered an I phone 14 referred model, late turning up, no contact whilst waiting had to keep calling them ! Phone turned up and cannot use share my location ! No help from them … took to Apple Store and turns out its a Korean phone which won’t and cannot support this function ! They want me to send it back and if found to be faulty they will return another phone but can’t promise it won’t be from Korea. Need to be in original box it was sent in and can take up to 15 day ! Absolutely useless and no customer service to talk to ! Avoid like the plague there really bad and don’t wanna help after you’ve done a deal for something they’ve tucked you up into for two years !

Placed my order 2 months ago and still…

Placed my order 2 months ago and still didn't received my phone. After thousands of phone calls with bunch of id... I'm still in the middle of nowhere. There's no point to writing anymore so my advice to all future customers is NO MATTER WHAT DONT GET ANY DEAL FROM THEM !!!!!! OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY, TIME ETC, !!!!!!!!

They do not honour their deals.

Once again, as other customers have mentioned, I paid for a new phone and tariff. The next day when the phone didn’t turn up, I checked my account and there was no information. I contacted them and I was informed that they had cancelled the agreement and would be refunding me in the next few days. They claim the error was due to O2 and not them. It did annoy me very much.

There is no complaints department, no managers to escalate enquiries to. Cust services just waffle on for eternity, making excuses of how they cannot help you. Atrocious company to deal with.

I got a mobile contract through mobiles…

I got a mobile contract through mobiles phones direct on 3 network I had returned the mobile over a month ago. And mpd have failed to notify 3 that I have returned it. And now I have been debt letters have called on numerous occasions to which their reply is don’t worry it’ll get sorted but still ongoing for weeks. This company is by far the worst

Ordered a sim card from them but never…

Ordered a sim card from them but never arrived ( They blamed the bank holiday ).. My number was transferred over to a new network days ago and still no sign of a SIM card and they can't give any clear answers.
I am now left with no service and no sign of it getting any better down to these.
Avoid at all costs !!!!

Returned a phone

Returned a phone. They have now had it 10 days. Phoned them 3 times as I need my PAC code and still waiting for it to be processed through returns. I have also emailed them 2 days ago and still waiting for a reply. Don't use this company.

Terrible

My sim card came faulty then the lady I spoke to on the phone had no idea what she was doing. Poor woman was totaly untrained. I would never use this company again. Extremely long times spent on hold. Shocking company.

Avoid!

Placed an order for a black Friday deal. Paid an upfront fee for the handset. 24 hours later receive an email from them telling me the order has been cancelled, giving no reason or information why. And stating that the decision is final and that staff will not be able to give me any more info so in other words not to contact them? Completely puzzled by this response. No idea as to why order was cancelled! Email has an undertone that implies a credit check issue but this is ludicrous - never been refused credit in my life. Have a mortgage and perfect credit history. Completely appaling service - will be avoiding like the plague.

Beware - Scammers

This appalling company are sly with their dealings. The way you claim 'cashback' is ridiculous- you have to claim during specific months with no reminders for these given. When you take this up with customer service you are passed from pillar to post with the ultimate conclusion being that if you try to collect any cashback late, you never see that money again. Avoid if possible.

Avoid this company like the plague. Took all my details and payment for an iphone 13 pro max then renaiged on the offer - They have all my details, bank, email everything.
I got a sales email 30 seconds after they cancelled my order.
