Buyer Beware!

I purchased 4 tickets for my wife for a concert that has been cancelled. I received an email stating I would receive a refund within 2 to 4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago. I contacted them via live chat and was told due to complications caused by the corona virus they could not give me a time frame for a refund.
Update - now they want to issue me a business credit at 120% of the original charge. This was a gift to my wife to invite 3 friends. I have zero use for this credit. I filed a dispute with VISA and they can handle it from here.

First the service fee of 40.00 per ticket is unreal. Second I found out I could have paid half the price with ticket master. That being said, the transaction was easy and downloading the tickets was fast and easy. The website was easy to use. Still the prices charged and the services fees on top of it make me feel as if I was taken advantage of.

I bought tickets for the Cher concert…

I bought tickets for the Cher concert in Nampa Idaho for the end of April and the concert was canceled. They're not willing to give me a refund and they said that I have to go to the one that's been rescheduled for October 8. I paid over $1500 for the three tickets and they said I didn't buy insurance. I bought them over the phone and I was never offered insurance.

A terrible company

A terrible company. Very hard to deal with. They also have there own review system that weeds out all bad reviews. My advise go stub hub. Adam Sandler postponed his event. Don't forget most people that come to Florida are visiting. We were told since it has a chance of still happening. There are no refunds.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT USE…

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT USE THIS SELLER! I TRIED TO CANCEL AN ORDER LESS THAN 1 DAY AFTER PURCHASE DUE TO WORK OBLIGATIONS AND THEY OUTRIGHT REFUSED. SAID I HAVE TO RESELL THE TICKETS ON MY OWN. THE VIRTUAL AGENT WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. I KNOW OTHERS HAVE GIVEN THIS SITE 1 STAR DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES OR BEING SCAMMED. SOME TICKETS ISSUED WERE NOT EVEN HONORED AT THE EVENT, PEOPLE WERE TOLD THE TICKETS WERE FAKE AND THAT THEY HAD BEEN SCAMMED. AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, BAD REPUTATION AND SCAMMERS!!

Terrible company. Added $200.00 in "other charges" we were not told about. Contacted them and they refused to credit back. Opened a fraud claim with my bank. Would not recommend them!!!!
