Secure Data Recovery Services Reviews

Secure Data Recovery Services were great, they managed to recover the files off of my defunct MacBook Pro. Mark was great with communication and flexibility. I would thoroughly recommend Secure Data Recovery Services in the future.

Really great experience recovering two very damaged external hard drives.

Extremely quick to respond to my queries and also to complete the job. 12/10 customer service from Mark who answered all my questions and concerns with so much patience and kindness! Really appreciated the clear and fast communication.

Most importantly, they were able to get back all my data on one drive and nearly all my data on the other drive (which was expected given it was quite damaged).

Would definitely recommend if you are ever in need of data recovery. Very reliable, trustworthy, quick and professional service.

Thank you for your amazing service!
Mark was very helpful and gave me good guidance throughout the process. He'd called me and sent e-mails to update the outcome, always kept me in the loop which I'm happy about as I knew my data was in good hands.

They are very professional and a reliable company, 100% highly recommended.

I found this company on Google and decided to give it a try. My hard drive had been dead for 10 years — I could still plug it in, but no files would show up. Secure Data managed to recover my photos and some very dear memories! It's not cheap, but then again, how much are your memories and important files really worth? Mark was brilliant, and the whole experience was so smooth that I would 100% use this company again!

The overall experience was wonderful, the step by step update and options provided were very easy to understand and take a decision. thank you.

Fast recovery! Great communication!
Very pleased with level of service received!

Absolutley top quality service! Really helpful staff, they take you through and explain really clearly step by step through their recovery service. Really happy with the results! Virtually my entire HD was recovered!

I thought I had lost over 2 years worth of data including photos & videos of my sisters wedding celebrations and my pet that had passed away but these guys managed to recover 90% of that data! They kept me updated on the process of recovery and what that entailed every step of the way, even giving a detailed diagnostics summary. I felt confident leaving my data in their safe hands and am so pleased with the results! Thanks guys :)

Recovered 90% of funds, received no help on actually recovering funds, asked for an old wallet and received no reply. Had to figure it out myself after being told multiple times they can not help and can only recover files as it was marked in the good directory. Still waiting for a compatible wallet. Will likely have to contact crypto recovery services in the future to recover the missing 10%

Both Mark and Laurence dealt with my case very professionally. Kept me informed of what was happening and managed to do a 100% recovery. The cost of the process was worth it considering what was recovered was priceless. I recommend Secure Data Recovery Services to anyone who is in need of data restoration. 100% A+

Just a total relief to get all of my files back!! I was just mortified when I realised my portable drive had packed in whilst it stored ALL of my pictures and videos: I tried a few similar companies but secure data recovery services won my business for their attentiveness, reassurance and price!

Excellent communication and honest feedback on the issue with my external hard drive. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention from Mark and Laurence. All my files were recovered and shipped back to me within about a week on a brand new external hard drive. I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery Services!

Provided great assistance and informed me at every step of the way. I will always come back!
Thank you Mark, Laurence and the team

I had a great experience with Secure Data Recovery Services. My external hard drive WD Elements, containing 3 TB of photos and videos that I took on remote travels over the last 2 years, had failed during back up process—it wasn’t opening and wasn’t recognised by several computers, disk utility, etc. To say that I was upset, angry at myself and disappointed is to say nothing.
Thankfully this company managed to restore all my data. A special thanks to Laurence who was my main contact person. The communication was excellent—fast, professional and always friendly. They even offered an option to pay in instalments without any additional charges. I am very happy with the outcome and the service. I recommend this company to anyone in need of data recovery.

Helpful and friendly staff, in person I where more then satisfied and been very well guided by Mark Cooney! Thank you very much.
looking forward in future to contact definitely 👍 💯
