Excellent customer services Mark Cooney. Efficient and trustworthy

Contacted them after checking their reviews on Reddit / Yelp. Great experience from the beginning. They offer drop-off locations in all major cities. Free shipping to their main Office, plus free Evaluation of Data. No charge until they determine the extent of recovery. They also gave me an online directory link to my entire drive- with all subfolders and files, which was very helpful. Brought the price down when I told them I couldn't afford the original quote. Very satisfied, and I wouldn't say this unless I went through it myself.

We thought we were doomed when our hard drive failed. As a photographer we had thousand of images that we thought were lost for good after being told by one company that there was nothing they could do to retrieve the data. Luckily we went for a second opinion with Secure Data Recovery who managed to do a full 100% recovery, Yes it came at a cost but was absolutely worth it. I would thoroughly recommend these guys.

After being hit on my pc with Ransom Ware I became worried about my old hard drives and decided to buy a new hard drive from Amazon. The recovery was surprisingly fast and effective. I'm extremely happy to say that all 100% of the files on my failed solid state drive were recovered. Which is an absolute lifesaver as it means that important personal files as well as work for clients is not lost.
