Just like the previous person
Just like the previous person, Rick was patient and informative about the processes. I think like many others I did not get anything in the mail from USPTO and assumed the huge number of e-mail were scams so I was not very receptive to hearing my application was dead. So Rick helped me start over and I can only hope it goes as well as the restart.

My experience with a previous Trademark company was a total scam and I lost a lot of money. I was very hesitant to try this again. Working with this company was a breath of fresh air. Humans behind the company
I had some family emergencies come up and missed a filing deadline on my trademark. Sr Case Analyst Alex reached out during the middle of my family stuff and was patient and kind.
